BV1086A: Sol Mate at Beacon Villas

Sol Mate at Beacon Villas is an upscale oceanside duplex situated in the Corolla Light community. Everyone in your group will appreciate the private hot tub, rec room with foosball table, and access to a variety of resort amenities including multiple pools and a state-of-the-art fitness center. Three of the four bedrooms are ensuite, ideal for multiple or extended families.

After a day at the beach or exploring town, come home and gather in the bright and airy great room with an open-concept layout, vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors. When you're not dining out, prepare meals at home in the well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and island with bar seating. Just off the kitchen, a sun deck is the perfect place for waking up with your morning coffee or winding down with a glass of wine in the evening.

Back inside, two primary suites are conveniently located on the main level and both include king beds and private baths. Upstairs, you'll find the third ensuite - a spacious retreat with queen bed, private bath, and cozy sitting window. Downstairs, the kids will love the pyramid bunk bedroom with access to a semi-private bath. The rec room can serve as an additional living area where guests can watch movies or play foosball for hours of indoor entertainment. There's even a wet bar with full-size refrigerator for convenient drinks and snacks without having to go upstairs. Step outside to the screened porch and relax with a soak in your very own bubbly hot tub.

A sidewalk leads directly from the Beacon Villas neighborhood to the Shad Street beach access, located less than half a mile from the house, for a short walk or bike ride to the beach. Guests who prefer to drive can take advantage of Shad Street's public parking lot. During your stay in Corolla Light, your family will also have access to a variety of world-class resort amenities - there's truly something for everyone! A trolley stop is located just 300 feet from the house and will take you anywhere in the community. Take a ride over to the Oceanfront Complex for a full day of fun in the sun. Along with direct access to the beach, you'll find three outdoor pools, a snack bar, shuffleboard, volleyball, basketball and a playground.

Over on the soundside, Vitamin Sea is only half a mile from the Corolla Light Sports Center. This 36,000 sq. ft. facility includes an indoor pool, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, a fitness center with showers and a sauna, racquetball, walleyball, ping pong, and weekly classes/activities. The community's outdoor soundfront pool is located directly across the lake. From there, you'll have access to miles of nature trails and a soundside pier for fishing and crabbing.
