If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

Excellent stay! Lovely to be right on the beach with both a private hot tub and pool. Ocean view from top balcony was beautiful for sunrise. Would definitely stay again. The address is a little tricky to find as the driveway isn’t prominently marked.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. Great location on the ocean and it was nice to have the pool and hot tub. There were only a few families around us on the beach which made for pleasant visits to the beach. The pool was a perfect temperature, size, depth, and it was well-maintained. The inside of the home was laid out well with plenty of space and had comfortable seating. The numeric keypad was very convenient for check-in and check-out and it was great not needing to carry a key. Would definitely stay here again. My only recommendation would be to redo the caulking around the bathtub in the master bath, it was a bit mildewed and stood out from the rest of the house. Be careful not to lock yourself out on the deck off the master bedroom. If the latch is in the lock position and you shut the door all the way from the outside, it locks. Village Realty has an app that is very informative for receiving and storing important information about our stay. Village Realty was very responsive to our report about a minor maintenance issue.

mold om tub and shower ,grandchildren would not use because of this issue. need sidewalks to pool to avoid sand in pool. over all it was a nice place to stay.

The house was just the right size, clean, and it was well supplied with kitchen water. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and the beach was right off the walkway from the house. We had a fantastic week!

September 2018 Stay

We love this house! We stayed in it last year around the same time. The heated pool is always a hit with all of us and the beach access is awesome. Love waking up to the beautiful sunrise and being able to see a gorgeous sunset. Only issue we had was with the keyless entry but that was resolved quickly by Village Realty. Would definitely stay here again!

August 2016 Stay

This house was perfect for my 3 kids and parents. Easy access to the beach via a safe deck. It was very easy for my older parents to access everything. The pool and hot tub were very relaxing. Close enough to restuarants and activities but far enough from crowds. We had a great time! First time using Village Realty. Very happy with the experience.

July 2016 Stay

WOW !!! Had a wonderful, awesome time!!! Crab Cottage is amazing!!! My family really enjoyed the pool an hot tub when they weren't at the beach. An we loved the short walk to the beach!! Thank you so much for such a wonderful house. An thank you Village Reality for the wonderful hospitality!!!!! Will be coming back next year, maybe sooner. Lol Thanks again !!!! Ohhhhhh I have more wonderful pics but I LOVE this view.!!!
