'Ebbtide' features: a 16' x 32' private pool, a den with wet bar, TVs DVDs, high-speed Internet access a large well-equipped kitchen with counter seating, 2 master bedrooms with private baths, high chair, several furnished decks, park grill, enclosed outside shower, basketball goal, beach chairs, beach cart. Please note fireplace is not available for guest use.
No pets allowed. No smoking/vaping. Parking for 5 cars.

The house was clean and well equipped. Except the only thing I’d recommend is to provide a baby gate!
Location was great. Family gave me grief when I first picked the house because it was “so far” from the beach but once we got there, everyone admitted the walk was very easy. The house is one house down from a little board walk that takes you right to the beach access. Food Lion and other stores were a 10 minute walk or less than 5 min drive.
Pool was perfect; quite large and lots of room around it.

Had a wonderful week. The pool was even nicer than the pics and the chairs around pool where in excellent condition. The only down fall with the pool, the pool light did not work so swimming at night was too dark. Pics showed a hot tub and a pool table, there was neither. The floor plan layout was nice. Kitchen had everything you needed, even knives were sharp. The cleanliness of the house needs improvement but was not awful. Plenty of hot water and outside shower was clean for an outside shower. Porches were nice but not all the lights worked, loved porch swing. The walk to the beach was pleasant and not far, 5 min. The walkway was all wood which made for a nice walk. You are in walking distance to shops and food lion. The check in was a breeze and I even called office to let them know we arrived earlier than we thought and were able to enter house before the scheduled 4:00. Overall had a great time and would recommend house for sure. The beach was beautiful of course.- Reviewed On: 7/6/2024
