Guests can enjoy the amenities at First Flight Retreat, including an outdoor pool, fitness center, game room, and shaded corn hole area. A glass-fenced sunset deck, added in 2026, offers views of the Wright Brothers Memorial monument and beautiful Outer Banks sunsets. The community pool typically opens Memorial Day weekend and closes in mid-October.
