SS72: Seascape Escape

The house was updated and very well maintained. I would suggest adding a blender and steamer pot to the kitchen, but otherwise it had everything we needed. We loved the quiet neighborhood.

We had such a lovely time this year! This was our first time staying ocean side and it did not disappoint! There are two beach accesses very close to the property. It was so easy to go between the beach and the house throughout the day. The house had every thing we needed. My kids were so sad to leave! My daughter said that it had “started to feel like home.”

We loved seascape escape! The home had everything you could need. We loved that there were charging stations in each bedroom as well as ample cords in the living room to charge. The king size bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and everything you would need !The outside back sitting area was nice to sit out in the evenings. While we did have an issue with the kitchen fridge/freezer, we were grateful to have the other fridge downstairs while we waited for the repair man the next day. We enjoyed the gift basket from the homeowner! Such a wonderful surprise! Just a short walk to the beach!

We loved this house! The beds were comfortable, the house was clean, and loved the location! It was a quick walk to the pool facilities. It was especially nice that we could bring our dog. The backyard area is very nice (the stamped concrete walkway is gorgeous!) with chairs and a swing. It was a relaxing vacation in a comfortable home.

Very nice place to stay. Its a short walk to the beach and short walk to the clubhouse. Its off the main road so only folks staying in the neighborhood are coming and going. Great location not far from anything. We had a great time and will plan to come back!

The house was very clean, nicely decorated and adequately equipped. Would definitely stay again if did not have family join us. We really needed that trundle bed that was replaced with a double bed for two people who were sharing one of the rooms. If the double bed was a trundle we absolutely would go back with all of the family. The backyard landscaping was a great place to relax in and so was the high top table and chairs on the deck. Had a few issues with a broken vacuum and broom and no mop that was immediately replaced (after hours) by Village Realty.

Great house and location to the beach! We love the Villages of Nags Head! The only complaint we have is the ac not being able to be controlled. It states controlled by VR. It is set for 72 but stays at 73 most of the day. Love not having to strip beds!

The house was beautiful and clean. It had everything we needed. I loved the second story deck and backyard area. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were perfect. Thank you for allowing me to bring my dog. The walk to the beach was very short. Additionally, I enjoyed walking on the sidewalks in the area. We were blessed with perfect sunny weather. Food Lion and other stores were within one mile. The only drawback was the constant hum of highway 168 directly behind us.

We make multiple trips to the OBX each year. Village Realty is our “go to” when it is our turn to book the accommodations. Always a painless transaction with great customer service. We liked this place so well last year that it made this year’s choice a no-brainer. Clean Clean Clean Comfortable Convenient Fully stocked. Great neighborhood which is as pet friendly as the house. Already figuring out our dates for this home next year!

This is a great home and location for families because, while not beach front, you don’t have to cross any busy roads to get to the beach. It sits right off of the bike/pedestrian path allowing older kids to walk to several businesses, including the ice cream shop 5mins away. We also walked along the beach each morning to the fabulous Sam &Omies restaurant for breakfast. The balcony allows for both sunrise views and sunset views.

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and stay at Seascape Escape. As another review stated it was one of the cleanest rentals we have stayed in. The location is convenient to everything you need. Also love that we could bring our dog along.

One of the cleanest rentals we have stayed in. Excellent location for us, as we were celebrating a friends birthday who was in an oceanfront home less than half a mile away. Nice layout and well stocked for a rental. We would definitely stay at this home again. Very cute decorations and comfortable bead. We will recommend to our friends. Also, love that the home is pet friendly and that we could bring our two dogs with us.

Nice house, good location, easy walk to beach. Kitchen was well stocked with nice kitchen essentials. Plenty of room and good layout. The colors and decor was pleasant. The only complaint is that I know the sheets are cleaned bc of the linen service but I feel as if the comforters and blankets weren’t due to pet hair and stains. We didn’t use them bc if this. We should have brought our own blankets.

We enjoyed our stay at "Man-a-teez," and we are always pleased with whatever home we book through Village Realty. We've been booking with you all since 2004, and we reccomend VR to folks all the time. We love the Outer Banks, and we are hoping to live the salt life some day!
