Wifi is available if you need to work, finish some school work, or stream some movies.

There are fantastic community amenities to enjoy at The Currituck Club as well, access to tennis courts, volleyball courts, basketball courts, shuffleboard, fitness center, playground, community pools, and trolley service (Memorial Day through Labor Day) to the beach. Conveniently located near a Harris Teeter grocery store, many local restaurants, shops, and outdoor adventures.

In regards to Village Realty, all was good. We made contact multiple times on arrival day to see if the property was accessible earlier in which they kept us in the loop as to the status etc. We didn’t need to contact them for any immediate needs during our stay which was a plus. There are some cosmetic updates that we will be communicating separate but that has nothing to do with their service etc. we have used this company multiple times and always been please with response times.

The Seadog is a wonderful property. The house is very well maintained and feels tucked back for privacy yet still close to everything we need. There is a trolley to the beach if desired as well as limited parking options if you choose to drive to the beach. I can’t say enough about the property. We had a lovely time and village realty is super responsive for anything needed. We would definitely like to return.

Beautiful home in an even more beautiful neighborhood! The location couldn’t be beat with the grocery store and our favorite smoothie place just a 5 minute walk away. Had some trouble with the heater on the pool, reached out to them and they responded and resolved the issue within the hour! Would definitely stay again. A very large, clean home!

We enjoyed our week at sea dog and the beach with great weather. This house had everything we needed. It was clean and well kept by the owners meaning the furniture and mattresses were all very comfortable! Vacations are so much more enjoyable after a great nights sleep! The grill was practically brand new with a back up tank just in case! There were a lot of beach chairs and 3 bicycles available also. There were lots of games, books and puzzles along with cornhole boards. There was nothing to disappoint! Thank you for a wonderful week! John, Lori and our boxer Chloe!

We spent a week in the beautiful Currituck Club community. The house was great. It was very clean with a well-stocked kitchen which was very much appreciated. The location was perfect. Village Realty made everything very easy and kept me informed through texts/emails throughout the week. We have rented from Village many times and will continue to do so.

This has been the best stay yet. The house is perfect. It has everything you could possibly need and more. The community has great amenities and is quiet the pool has been great. The jets in the hot tub didn`t work but didn`t dampen the fun. I could happily stay here over and over.
