The condo was very nice, bathrooms were very dated and carpeting was very dirty. Furniture was comfortable and many seating options, tub was very old and stained lighting was not adequate beds were comfortable tv were difficult to operate would have helped if there had been directions. Vanity in master was very helpful. Would stay here again in spite of negatives,

I’m sorry the bathrooms felt dated, the carpeting appeared dirty, the tub was stained, the lighting was inadequate, and the TVs were difficult to operate. I’ve shared your feedback with the owner, maintenance, and housekeeping so they can inspect and address these items — arrange deep cleaning or replacement of the carpet as needed, evaluate the bathrooms and tub, improve lighting, and add clear TV operating instructions. The condo is conveniently located with generous room. The balcony was large and had nice seating. Some of the seating in the living room was not as comfortable as expected and had been changed since pictures were taken. We were a party of four very senior people so comfortable seating is a necessity as we use the living room for conversation and reading. The price was very reasonable. We like to be on the coast for the view. Village Realty was a pleasure to work with and responded to all questions in a timely manner.

Lots of room to relax. Great view of ocean and sunrise. Close to town but away from traffic. Elevator made quick trips with luggage. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Beautiful view. I had expected to see the beach and surf from our balcony. However it had sadly been 13 years since I was at the Outer Banks. The way the dune was built, I assume that was for protection of the roads, etc. Yet, beautiful and picturesque with the sea oats. The condo was great with an awesome master bedroom and comfortable rooms. Just a stellar place for a vacation! Do you have condos down in Avon. Rodanthe, Salvo or Waves?

I have stayed in this condo several times, and have found it very homey and comfortable. The view from the living room and master bedroom is marvelous, and the location is so convenient to shops, restaurants, and all that the Outer Banks has to offer. Village Realty responded swiftly to a couple of small concerns we had with the property, and they were quickly taken care of.

This Heron Cove condo is comfortably furnished, roomy, clean, well equipped and in an excellent location near shops and restaurants. The large master bedroom & bath were better than described. Although it was just the two of us, the condo’s street side rooms offer lots of privacy for family or guests. The ocean views from the large balcony are splendid. The beach is easy to reach with a short walk through the pool area and down a few steps over the sand dune. We were disappointed to leave after just three nights because of the mandatory evacuation due to Hurricane Florence and would have certainly enjoyed a week in this marvelous home.
