What a gem! Location was perfect , quiet but near everything. The beach access with walkway and gazebo was my favorite feature. So much room, great kitchen, covered parking,huge bedrooms, I would stay here again for sure!

When we first got here it smelt so clean and we loved the space, lots of room for everyone to have their own space and of course proximity to the beach being able to go to and from the beach all day was perfect.

We really enjoyed being beachfront. The new stairs and boardwalk over the dunes was very convenient. Plenty of things to do in the area as well. The property was very nice and we were able to relax in the quiet neighborhood. We will definitely look to book here in the future.

We were very happy with our rental at the Quay. We stayed in unit D3. Love the pool access and beach access. Condo was clean and kitchen was stocked with everything a cook can use. Our fridge had an issue, but it was addressed. We liked the parking under the building and the location. The only complaint or issue we can have is there is not an ocean view from the balcony. If the dune was lower, it would be perfect.

We loved the townhome. It was spacious and filled all our needs. Very convenient to the pool and beach. Nice location to all the restaurants and shops. How neat that every room has a balcony! Thank you Village Realty!!

We stayed at an older condo property a bit outdated but perfect location. Walk up the steps to beach. Village Realty was terrific to work with. One small electrical issue in our rental unit that they remedied very, very quickly. Would definitely recommend Village Realty. I will use the magain for our next stay!

Our stay in Nags Head was made perfect by this well appointed, clean, and roomy condo. The beach front location was very nice and provided easy access to not only the beach but also all the local shops and restaurants. The only thing between you and the beach is a sand dune and the top deck offers a view of the ocean (though the view is somewhat obstructed by the sand dune). We loved our stay here and would do it again!
