Description

Ocean Watch neighborhood is where you will find Belle Haven, a beautiful 6 bedroom home, with access to the 40 x 25 x 13 community pool. Beach access is 250 yards away where you can enjoy the sun and surf.

After the beach, go explore our beautiful island. We have so many activities, restaurants and sites to see. Jennette's Pier, Wright Brothers Memorial, Jockey's Ridge State Park, North Carolina Aquarium, Roanoke Island Festival Park and the list goes on. Try some of our favorite restaurants, Sam & Omies, Pamlico Jack's, Basnight's Lone Cedar Cafe, Sugar Creek, and Lucky 12.

Try out the hot tub after your sightseeing adventures, or gather up the family for a game of pool in our rec room with a wet bar. TV's, DVD players make it easy for everyone to enjoy their favorite shows or movies. If you need to surf the web or email everyone to let them know what a great time you are having at Belle Haven, with the free WiFi.

Pets not allowed. No smoking/vaping. A gas fireplace is available from mid September through the end of April.

Very nice house. Village Reality called back within a hour and sent someone right out.

We had a wonderful time at Belle Haven. The accommodations were perfect for our family and the house was nicely equipped. It was a short walk to the beach and we enjoyed the community pool when we couldn't be on the beach.

We rented two houses side by side to celebrate my daughters wedding. Our house was perfect for the occasion. It was in a great location to the beach and the many other activities around the area. The elevator was an asset especially for the two of us that needed it. The upstairs living area was perfect. The kitchen was well equipped. We had two needs on the first day, a loose railing and no bedding for the sofa bed, and they were both addressed within the hour. My one suggestion is to put grab bars and/or anti slip strips in the 3rd floor shower, especially if there is an elevator there for those with mobility issues. Otherwise, it was perfect.

This was a great location with easy access to the beach. Kitchen is well equipped. Furnishings were comfortable. Yard could use some maintenance. There is a lot of trash and debris in the long grass. We enjoyed our stay and the elevator was a plus for arrival and departure. Loved the keyless check-in and out. Very convenient

Noticed a few ants in kitchen and internet didn't work but we were only here for a few days so not a big deal. Great house, location and necessities. Cant wait to return!
