Welcome to Little Cayman, a thoughtfully designed six‑bedroom retreat in Salvo that unfolds level by level with comfort, style, and coastal living in mind. Throughout the home, guests will appreciate features designed for ease and enjoyment. Elevator access begins at the carport level and services all floors. With its well‑planned layout, generous sleeping accommodations, and inviting common spaces, Little Cayman is a welcoming coastal home perfectly suited for family gatherings, group vacations, or a relaxing getaway in Salvo.

From the moment you arrive at ground level, the home invites relaxation and fun. This floor features a spacious game room complete with a TV and pool table, creating the perfect hangout for all ages. A bedroom with two bunk beds makes this level ideal for kids or extra guests, while a convenient wet bar and laundry closet add practicality for extended stays. Don't forget to step outside and enjoy the private saltwater pool and bubbly hot tub! The pool can be heated during Spring and Fall stays, perfect for off-season getaways. There's also a volleyball court and horse shoe pit for plenty of outdoor entertainment options.

Back inside on the middle level is dedicated to restful accommodations and showcases four beautifully appointed bedrooms, all featuring king beds. Two of these bedrooms offer ensuite baths, while the remaining rooms share a well‑designed jack and jill bathroom. This level blends privacy and functionality, providing a peaceful retreat after a day at the beach while keeping everyone comfortably connected.

At the top level, Little Cayman truly comes to life with its main living space. The open‑concept living room, dining area, and kitchen are filled with natural light and designed for gathering, whether you’re cooking together, sharing meals, or unwinding after sunset. A convenient powder room serves this level. Also on the top floor is the spacious ensuite bedroom, featuring a king bed, offering a serene escape with added privacy.

Bed and bath linens are always included at no extra charge, and the beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases prior to your arrival. All showers are stocked with Orange/Papaya Paya shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.
