CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a 150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

Loved staying here for our girls weekend. Cute decor. Beds are super comfy and house is conveniently located to all the things OBX has to offer. The downstairs porch/bar area was so nice to sit and eat dinner during the coastal rainstorms. Loved it.

We loved the location, because it was literally across the street. The house was a perfect second home where our family could spread out a little for our family Christmas get-together.
