The main level is designed for gathering and relaxation, featuring a welcoming center hall and staircase, a spacious kitchen with two sinks, dishwasher, microwave, granite-topped island, and pantry, plus a dedicated dining room and convenient powder room. The living room boasts 10-foot ceilings with a stereo/CD/DVD player, creating a comfortable space to unwind after a day at the beach. The home also features premium furnishings, high-speed WiFi, central air and heat, and a full-size washer and dryer for added convenience.

Step outside to enjoy two screened porches, two outdoor showers, expansive decks, and a private hot tub.
