Step outside to the backyard oasis and take a refreshing dip in the brand new private saltwater. From here, take the private boardwalk to the sound for quiet mornings or stunning twilight views. Corn hole boards and a bocce ball set offer even more outdoor entertainment options. Fire up the gas grill for a poolside cookout, or rinse off in the the outdoor shower after a day at the beach. The garage provides extra space for guest use, and there’s an exterior closet for storing beach gear. Parking accommodates 4–5 vehicles in the driveway.

Back inside, on the ground level you’ll find a second full-size refrigerator for extra storage, perfect for beverages and groceries. This level includes an ensuite pyramid bunk room with a sleep sofa (queen). The middle level features three inviting bedrooms. One queen bedroom, one bedroom with two twins and the third is a queen ensuite with its own bath and shower. Enjoy the screened porch on this level, complete with an outdoor table and a cozy couch for lounging on the south side of the house. The laundry area is also conveniently located here.

On the top level, gather in the open-concept great room, where plenty of comfortable seating surrounds a large flat-screen TV. The dining area seats five, with additional seating for four at the kitchen bar. The well-equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, a coffee pod maker, and ample space for preparing family meals. This level also includes a queen ensuite bedroom with deck access. A half bath is located nearby for added convenience.

As a guest of Monterey Shores, you’ll enjoy access to fantastic community amenities, including two soundfront piers, a boat ramp, tennis and basketball courts, a fitness center, and a playground. Kayaking, fishing, and crabbing are popular activities, and the neighborhood’s scenic paths are perfect for biking or strolling.

We loved this house! It was perfect for our family. We had no issues whatsoever and loved the way the house was laid out. Two teenage girls loved the first floor bunk beds with their own bathroom and tv. The neighborhood is wonderful. Close to everything. Loved being able to walk down the pier to fish any time. The pool is a bit small but it fit us just fine. The only thing I would change next year is trying to book a weekday to a weekday. I know it’s probably not going to work but sitting in that traffic going in on a Saturday and then the same coming back out on a Saturday is frustrating. A Tuesday to Tuesday would be nice. But hopefully we will be back to this house next year. 🥰
