The house was great and worked well for our big family. Letting us know what was provided and what we needed to bring ourselves was a big help. We used the kitchen for most of our meals. It was pretty well stocked but it could use a pair of scissors. The garbage situation was a little confusing - recycling and garbage pick up. The fan over the stove does not run right and needs to be looked at. The chairs around the pool are tired looking and need to be upgraded. There was mold in some of the showers that needs to be taken care of but overall the house was pretty clean. It was hard to clean the sand off of our feet when returning from the beach. The shower sprayed water into the sand so there was no clean place to put your feet after you rinsed the sand off. Perhaps something could be done to that area to help the situation. Some of the dresser drawers were broken and needed some attention. The night stand was wobbly. (2nd floor 2nd room on left past the stairs). Not sure if anyone checks those things. There was a stain of the sofa on the 1st floor. The house is in such a great location, beautiful view of the beach and it needs to be maintained so that it stays nice. There were cats under the house which I realize you do not have any control over but the urine smell was awful. The neighbor was feeding the cats - not sure you have any policies in place for that. Not sure if you have a regular maintenance schedule but the house could use a good going over just to check in things.

Overall, a nice cottage. Parking was an issue for all family members that stayed there. Not room to move cars around in the liner driveway.

Stay was great...house was perfect....plenty of room which allowed for gatherings of 19 people and separation when desired. Pool, hot tub and beach access were great. Parking is not great but workable for over 3 cars. One added benefit was the ice cream shop across the street..Booty Treats!

The house was beautiful and had enough bedrooms, bathrooms and dining area to accommodate our extremely large family reunion. We enjoyed the heated pool immensely but wish the house was equipped with beach chairs to use on the beach. The views of the beach & ocean from the top floor were amazing. Since we had 19 adults either another sofa or a couple of chairs next to the sofa on the top floor would have been an added benefit. The weather was fantastic and everyone had a great time. Thank you for letting us stay at “The Sun”.

Wonderful house! Kitchen well stocked for family cooking. Plenty of room to spread out and room to be all together too. Wearing & age showing some, but overall good condition. Great house for a large family. Great location. Enjoyed our week immensely!

House was little older than I expected but it was well maintained. Staff was very responsive when we reached out during the stay. It sure was a great Spring Break getaway for our five families.
