The experience begins on the ground floor, where a welcoming foyer leads to a serene queen ensuite bedroom. This space offers quiet seclusion, perfect for guests who prefer privacy or easy access to the outdoors.

Moving up to the middle level, you’ll find the dedicated kids’ haven. This cheerful room features a twin bed and a pyramid bunk bed, an ideal setup for young adventurers excited to settle in after a day on the water. Nearby is the heart of the home, where the kitchen opens to the dining and family rooms, creating a warm and inviting shared space. This level also includes a laundry room for added convenience, a whole‑house water filtration system that ensures crisp, clean water throughout your stay and an additional queen bedroom!

On the top level of the home awaits the luxurious primary suite. This expansive top‑floor retreat features a large king ensuite bedroom with a jetted tub, a peaceful spot to soak after a long day in the sun. For additional sleeping there are two twin beds near the king ensuite!
