Village Realty was very responsive to a few minor issues. Home and pool were clean when we arrived. No problems with the agency. The owners, however, should attend to several issues. Outdoor shower did not work. Can opener is inoperable. No oven mitts (We bought two and donated them to the cause. House needs a good power cleaning, hugs and spider webs all over. Ice maker barely works, maybe enough for one person, but not 3 couples + small children in a six bedroom house. Washing machine stops before spin cycle, needed to reset each time. Bathroom sink slow to drain. Overall, house needs some attention.- Reviewed On: 8/18/2026

We’ll share your feedback with the owners and schedule maintenance and housekeeping to address the outdoor shower, can opener replacement, oven mitts (thank you for donating those), a deep power cleaning to remove spider webs, and a pest check if needed. We’ll also have our maintenance team inspect the ice maker, washing machine spin issue, and the slow bathroom sink drain and make repairs as needed. The house was very nice. There was one concern. The electrical outlet on the right side of the fireplace has no cover. That is concerning with small children. Otherwise, it was a nice house.- Reviewed On: 6/15/2025
