Koast Enough was absolute perfection! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and just steps from the beach. The views were breathtaking, the location was peaceful yet close to everything, and every detail made our stay feel special. Our kids loved the pool and the arcade! We can’t wait to come back!

Overall the house and location was great.Ample of bedrooms and bathrooms with fully stacked kitchen. Amazing swimming pool and hot tub. We had issues with cleanliness and with the keypad lock We had to wait for more than an hour to enter the house as the code that was provided to us was incorrect. It took us 3 calls to get a hold of a person to talk to and after multiple attempts and codes we were finally able to get in. The 2nd day the code was changed by itself and locked us out again. This part was very frustrating!!

We are from Virginia Beach so this was a bit of a "staycation" for us since it's only an hour away, but we wanted to go somewhere to celebrate our daughters 8th birthday and fathers day (both on the same day - lucky me!). We were absolutely in LOVE with this house and all that it had to offer. From the game room downstairs, the swimming pool (which is quite large for a beach house pool!), the hot tub, and the size of the bedrooms and family room. It also has an elevator which I don't remember seeing advertised, but was incredibly useful for us as my 89 year old grandmother came to visit for the day for my daughter's birthday and the stairs would have been a lot for her. It also was incredibly helpful to have for our luggage and groceries instead of making multiple trips up and down all those stairs. There were games, puzzles and books at the house, as well as beach wagons and sand/pool toys! The basement had a huge arcade game which was really cool too and the shuffle board table was a huge hit with the kiddos and adults alike. The beach access is just a very short walk away - you will have to cross a busy intersection, but there is a light and cross walk, if you have young kiddo's with you just be prepared to wait a bit before you can get across as an FYI. The public access does have a ramp so you don't have to use any stairs so if you have a cooler or wagon you can roll it down without any issues! We couldn't have asked for a better weekend getaway - and our only con is not renting for more nights because we didn't want our stay to end! We will definitely be staying here again soon!

Celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary with children and grandchildren, this house was perfect. Clean, very well equipped, just the right number of beds and bedrooms. Everything looks just like the pictures, modern and spacious. Pool is nice and kept clean. Kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of room for all the food we brought. The downstairs refrigerator is great for all the drinks. Access to the beach is close, just across the street, with a light and crosswalk. Close to shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed our week and would rent this house again.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! Safe and easy walk to beach with lifeguard. Pool and backyard was significantly larger than neighboring houses. The pool had a kids ledge all around which was great for our daughter learning to swim! The house is huge, navigating the three levels for where you might've left something was a good problem to have but with the elevator a breeze especially with for the older people in the group or after a few adult beverages. Everything you need is a short 5 min drive away with regards to liquor, grocery , etc. The house technically did not come with any beach supplies so we were surprised but excited to find some there when we arrived. Overall great experience!

We had a wonderful multi-family and friend vacation in this home. It is obvious that the owner cares about their property and has invested in maintaining a high standard of quality and style in the upgrades. The beds are more comfortable than when we're sleeping at home. Our kids had fun taking showers in the newly remodeled walk-in master bathroom with 4 shower heads. The house was clean and came with the cutest supply of tiny Dove soap and shampoo bottles. They also provided some dish washing and clothes washing pods. The furniture in all of the rooms where people gathered can comfortable seat large parties. We had group dinners on the dining room table and outdoor table. The basement area entertains with a full kitchen, bathroom, new 4-person digital arcade came with hundreds of games installed, shuffleboard, and access to the pool. There are decks off of almost all of the rooms in the house with comfortable patio furniture. We were relieved to know that the house has many upgrades for the safety of young kids and babies. The electrical outlets have the close-off mechanism, the pool is gated off from the outside with the latch high so only adults can enter, all of the sliding doors from the basement to the pool have alarms to know if they have been opened. There is plenty of space for additional blow up beds. We greatly appreciated the blinds and black out curtains in the master bedroom so that our toddler was able to take naps during the day. They have a large supply of board games and ample kitchen appliances and tools for cooking. Beach access is very easy, walk to the light right next to the house and cross the street and there is the pathway with stairs and also a ramp (which we used for the stroller). It is also right next to the lifeguard stand. During quiet time for the kids we walked in the neighborhoods behind the house and there are ample sidewalks and trails that are shaded. We also found a cute neighborhood playground 0.5miles. Highly recommend this house for a relaxing pampered vacation stay! We will be coming back. Thank you for sharing your home with us

We just returned from a wonderful vacation at Koast Enough SS108. It couldn't have been more perfect! Besides the weather being beautiful, the house was simply amazing. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything one would need to prepare meals and there were very comfortable chairs to sit in at the counter along with a long dining table with seating for 10. The kitchen opened up to the great room with sectional seating, TV and wonderful views of the ocean. There is a huge deck with a brand new large table and comfortable chairs overlooking the pool to enjoy the star-filled night sky! With the 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, there was plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable for sleeping at night. The basement included more seating, shuffleboard, TV, a video game console that accommodated up to four players, another bathroom, laundry room and had access to the refreshing salt water pool in the back yard. And don't worry about hauling your luggage up and down stairs, as there is a very convenient elevator that you can access at the ground level and goes to all the floors! The location of the house is just a few steps away from the beach access, and a few minutes away from shopping and restaurants! It was so easy to go for a walk on the sidewalk, beach, or nearby trails. We look forward to many more family vacations in the future here at Koast Enough in Southern Shores!

To put it simply - this house was incredible and we would stay here every year if we could. There was so much space throughout the house, especially on the top and bottom floor. We were all able to spread out and engage with the unique features of each area. There was a shaded fish cleaning area that was adequate for our needs, a well stocked kitchen (only thing it was missing for us was a blender), and comfortable and large mattresses. The beach was never crowded and an EASY two minute walk from the front door. The decks and seating options around the house were also fun and easy to access. The location was also perfect, and even though we were on the main road we didn’t notice the traffic unless we were on the front porch. It truly is a beautiful, functional home! If you’re a parent and reading this, these are the things that were helpful for us: the nook area on the first floor was perfect for keeping all of our kids toys and provided a great play space; the kids room with the bunk bed is the only room without outside access (no door or sliding door); there was a sanded area beside the pool that was fun for sand toys if we weren’t at the beach: and the doors on the bottom floor that lead to the pool all had alarms on them as a safety feature.

We have been to beach houses many times, but this is definitely one of the best we have ever stayed! First of all, the location is literally 100 feet away from the beach, plus the actual boardwalk access and the only lifeguard station! The house is big, airy and full of light, big porch front, back and side, you can decide how much sunshine and fresh air you want! 6 big spacious bedrooms and so many bathrooms, all the furniture and furnishings are beautiful, top quality and plenty, you will find anything you need in this house! Oh, the swimming pool, it is visibly bigger than all the neighbors, lol! We really enjoyed our stay at this gorgeous, homey and convenient house!

Just the perfect house for our group. The walk to beach is super short. Perfect location, too. Right in the middle of everything. Drive a short distance north and there is Duck and further up Corolla. Drive south and you have the Wright Bros Museum, Kill Devil Hills, and Kitty Hawk. We only used 4 of the 5 bedrooms (5th was for kids), but used both kitchens, both living rooms, and (of course) the pool!
