Three lots back from the beach in the Village at Nags Head. Hot Tub on deck, Jacuzzi, grill, fish cleaning table, outside shower.

Please note that while access to seasonal amenities at the Village Beach Club is complimentary, parking at the complex requires a pass ranging between 10.00 and 25.00 USD per day, per vehicle depending on demand and time of year (per Village Beach Club website). To purchase and obtain a parking pass for your stay, or for questions related to Village Beach Club amenities and availability, please contact the Village Beach Club staff at (252) 480-2222.

No Smoking/Vaping. No Pets. Parking 5-6 cars. Ask about our Military discount.

CANCELATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancelation, all monies will be refunded less a $150 cancelation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

Communication with Village Realty and Guest Portal info was excellent. Thank you for providing sparkling white linens and comfortable sheets. It was so nice to have beds made for us when we arrived. Overall house was clean! Sea Dreamer Comments: *Door from Living Room to top deck was very difficult to open. Really needs to be repaired. We used and appreciated the top deck hose. Kitchen had everything we needed. Could have used a few more stemless wine glasses. Dryer worked fine, but rust on the dryer door was pretty bad. Proximity and access to the beach was easy enough for our 2.5 year old to negotiate. Layout of the house and room for our family gathering was excellent. Also enjoyed the amenities of the beach club.

Great beach house! Clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location just steps from the ocean. Had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Would definitely come back!

The house provided exactly what we needed. Housekeeping could have been better, dead bugs in bathrooms, bathroom mirrors not cleaned, blankets in a pile in closets.

Everything was fantastic! We loved this years house / having sheets & towels ; however 1 towel pp per week is really not enough / all else was perfect !!

The house was very nice. Well kept up and comfortable. We did not need that much room, but would stay again if we had enough people. Thank you to the owners for sharing their space.

Beautiful home. Lots of room. Only thing is the second level air conditioner never got cooler than 79 degrees. Also, no blender. I would recommend replacing the washer and dryer. But we all had a great time!

We enjoyed our week in your home this past week and have renewed for next year. The decor was so fitting for a beach home, and strangely enough, I really appreciated the garbage disposal!! One small thing...the grill was inadequate for our group of eight, and we would very much like a larger one, if possible. thank you Cynthia Fedder
