Welcome to this charming house in Kill Devil Hills, NC! Located near the ocean, this pet-friendly retreat offers a patio and balcony where you can enjoy the fresh sea breeze. With towels and linens provided, as well as family-friendly features, this home is perfect for a peaceful getaway in Kill Devil Hills.

Featuring a King bed, Queen bed, and Twin bed, this pet-friendly property is equipped with all the amenities you need for a relaxing vacation. From a washer/dryer and central AC to a fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, this house has everything to make you feel at home.

The property is located on the 2nd level of a multi-unit building. PLEASE NOTE there is a long-term tenant in the lower level unit of the property. There may be other pets at the property. The yard, the grill, and the laundry areas are shared amenities between all units.

Pets allowed. No smoking/vaping.

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a 150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

The place was very clean and the property manager was extremely amazing. Its only the upstairs but it is very big with plenty of room. Kitchen has everything u need for a great stay. I loved the deck and so did my kids. Very peaceful neighborhood not far from the beach. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed in this cozy upstairs apartment that comfortably sleeps 6. We were 4. This was home base. We relaxed, cooked, and enjoyed Netflix after a long day of venue tours. We enjoyed Scoops ice cream, The Rundown, Shaka, and Ocean Blvd Martini bar. We prefer shopping at the Food Lion. There were wild horses on our trip to the 4x4 beaches. Yes ! There is a remote wedding venue there. Don't miss a round of mini golf at Lost Treasure! We didn't have time for the beach or even a sunset at Jockeys Ridge.
