CC006: Bella Costa

Bella Costa is perhaps the most beautiful and up to date house in The Currituck Club and possibly anywhere in Corolla. All the living areas and bedrooms are quite large and open making for a very seamless flow throughout. The kitchen is really made for commercial use, but makes one feel at home. The amenities are too numerous to detail here, but let me tell you, there is nothing lacking in this house. The theater room with ample reclining seating and surround sound makes one feel as if they were in a theater (tickets, please). With a pool table, card table and even an upright piano in the recreational area, one can spend hours being entertained. The large pool is quite nice as is the hot tub. The double garage is quite large and very accessible to the lower floor elevator making loading and unloading very easy in accessing the other floors. Beds are quite comfortable with huge bathrooms and extraordinary large showers. Overall, this was our most enjoyable vacation home since vacationing in Corolla more than 8 years. We will definitely return.

Our family had a wonderful week at Bella Costa! The home was beautiful and the space for our family of 16 was perfect! Unfortunately the hot tub was not working during our stay and we did miss not having it. The pool, theater room, and amazing views were awesome! The location of the home was great with trolley stop a few steps away and walking distance to some shops. The decor and changes the new owners have made are stunning! Our grandchildren said it was their best vacation ever! We have spent many vacations over the years in OBX and many in the Currituck Club which is a favorite and this was by far the best home we have stayed! We were blessed with great weather but of course the best is being together with those you love! We love being able to make memories with our children and grandchildren. We have already booked our vacation here for next summer and hope it will continue to be our favorite place to stay in OBX! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us and for the beautiful gift basket!

Dearest Gentle Reader! (or new owners of Bella Costa, formerly The Player) We recently rented Bella Costa for a family week after Christmas. Our families came from Virginia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania and we were a total of 15 people at our peak. This same crew gathered at The Player over two years ago – and what a different experience it was this time around! We returned for the breathtaking views of the sound and the jaw dropping sunsets we had witnessed before, but your renovations of the home took our experience to a new level of enjoyment. Congratulations and thank you! Our family, ranging in ages 16 to 84, enjoyed lazy breakfasts, sit down dinners, corn hole, Wicked, photos on the deck, star gazing, and best of all, we left with memories. Your updated kitchen allowed us to center activities around delicious meals. Bedrooms were spacious, updated and meticulously decorated, bathrooms dazzled in every room, laundry (took us a little while to learn) was a breeze, and we all appreciated the quietude coupled with laughter. And then you sent the amazing gift baskets? Treats and wine were welcomed and devoured! At one point, I researched purchasing The Player, but I realized how much work it would take to have it reach its true potential. But you did it and it was appreciated! While the weather was not ideal, we had an amazing time in your recently renovated house. The spacious common room areas were beautiful, relaxing and entertaining. We spent a lot of time making food in the huge kitchen and everyone agreed the house offered plenty of room and amusement for all ages. While our kids wanted to go to the new Sugar Planet everyday, we adults made frequent trips to Harris Teeter. We always have an amazing vacation in this neighborhood.

Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home. The great area is very comfortable and nicely decorated. The kitchen is wonderful! I loved cooking in it. Our family enjoyed movie nights in the theater room. All the bedrooms were comfortable. The pool and decks area is large and a fun space. It took 2 times of pool cleaning to see its beautiful color. This is truly one of the nicest homes that we have stayed in at OBX. Our weather this week was perfect, no rain! The sunsets from the multiple pool deck areas was amazing! The community offers nice amenities.

Bella Costa was amazing, will most definitely stay again when the weather is much warmer. The kitchen remodel was fantastic which was used all week. The bathrooms on every floor was stunning and the heated floors was a very nice added touch, downstairs area with the movie room was an added plus for all to enjoy, and the house had more than ample space for entertaining purposes. We just absolutely loved this house!!
