The top-level great room is where everyone naturally gathers — open, airy, and full of natural light, with a fully stocked kitchen featuring stainless-steel appliances, bar seating, and a Keurig for lazy morning coffees before the beach. The dining area flows seamlessly off the kitchen, giving large families plenty of room to share a meal, play cards, or linger over a long dinner together. Just off the great room, a raised loft sitting area with large windows offers a cozy, light-filled perch above the main living space — the perfect spot for morning coffee, a good book, or a quiet moment above the family activity below. On the top level you will find a king suite with full bathroom. On the mid level, three king bedrooms include one with private ensuite baths, one with a desk for anyone who needs to check in remotely, and one with an additional pull-out sofa. A fun bunk room with a bunk bed, twin bed, and trundle rounds out the sleeping spaces, giving kids their own cozy corner. Two full hall bathrooms — one with a walk-in shower and one with a tub — serve the shared mid-level rooms with ease.

As part of Schooner Ridge, your family enjoys access to one of Duck's finest private resort communities.
