Shell Cottage is a well-appointed oceanside home situated in Corolla's Villages at Ocean Hill. Guests will enjoy convenient access to the beach (less than 500 feet away) and a variety of exclusive resort amenities. After a day of sun, sand and surf, come home and splash in the private pool or take a relaxing soak in the hot tub. Head up to the rooftop deck to admire views of the ocean, sound, lighthouse, and spectacular sunsets.

The open-concept great room on the top level opens up to a sun deck overlooking the pool below, as well as a screened porch with outdoor dining area. When you're not trying out one of Corolla's fabulous restaurants, the chef in the family will appreciate the well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. Three of the six bedrooms include ensuite baths for plenty of privacy, ideal for multiple or extended families. On the ground level, you'll find a den with a wet bar and additional full-sized fridge for storing extra groceries or the catch of the day.

Take advantage of all the great amenities that the Villages at Ocean Hill offer, including oceanfront and lakefront pools, playground, basketball court, and nature trails. Weekly passes can be purchased for access to the fitness center and tennis/pickleball courts. Cyclists will enjoy the nearly 2-mile stretch of the newly paved bike lane which connects the Villages at Ocean Hill to shopping and dining in the Corolla Light community.
