Description

Walking distance to the beach, unbeatable views, and a gorgeous home to rest your head? This home has it all for you and your loved ones to have the East Coast beach vacation of your dreams. Play all day on the beach by participating in fun rentals and excursions like parasailing, paddleboarding, surfing, and every other waterfront activity you can imagine. Just a few minutes' drive over the bridge, you'll find local eateries, arts, entertainment, and an array of family-friendly attractions. Play in the saltwater pool when you want to stick closer to home!

Inside you'll find a bright interior with lots of natural light, as well as a warm air of welcoming throughout the home. Make memories by eating home-cooked meals and playing board games around the formal dining table. The group's chef will love preparing meals and beach picnic snacks in the full kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and all the cupboard room you could ever need. All the bedrooms are comfortable, with ample space for personal effects, but the main bedroom has a lovely en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. At the end of the day, relax on the wraparound deck and take in the unbeatable North Carolina sunset.

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a $150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

House was clean. No issues with booking. Kitchen could use some new pots, pans and utensils. Very private, peaceful and a short walk to the beach from the access trail to the right of the driveway. Will definitely be back again!

Great location to enjoy all that OBX has to offer. House is very roomy and the beds were very comfortable. Loved being able to have our canine family member with us. Second year to use this facility and would use it again if we get the opportunity.

Home Is Only A Mile Off The Main Road. Very Short Walk To The Beach. Privacy With No Neighbors Right Up On You When Your Hanging Out In The Spacious Pool. 1 Mile From Foodlion or Walmart. Family Had A Great Time. We Would Definitely Come Back.

We had a great stay, my family came down and had a wonderful time . We really enjoyed the house and the elevator made unloading luggage a breeze . It’s in a great location and we really enjoyed the sunrise view over the ocean on Easter morning. We definitely hope to vacation here again

I like the location of the house. We did not have a lot of traffic and it was still a short walk to the beach. The pool was refreshing and having a few floats to use was nice! The elevator came in handy. We did not have to use it much but it was a nice surprise that we did not think we would use. Putting all of our groceries and luggage to take them to the top floor made it easy! We enjoyed the stay!

This spacious home provided a home base for our fun adventures. Within a short walking distance to the beach, access led to a more secluded section of beach. A wooded trail made its way to a crosswalk, which led to the beach access. Beautiful. The clean and refreshing pool was waiting for us after our beach visits. The pool light made for a unique night time swim. Great location. The home is near many good restaurants. Check out the wild horses a little north of this location. Nearby is also a neat lighthouse to climb and capture a spectacular view of the surroundings. Our kids enjoyed parasailing. A few minute ride to check out the Wright Brothers Memorial. Keep an eye out for flying pelican formations and dolphins. The kids also enjoyed seeing the ghost crabs. Pick up some delicious treats at Duck Donuts. We had a great time. This home is a great OBX destination. Enjoy.

My husband and I had a wonderful pre-season get away to this home in early May. The house is lovely and huge! The best feature is the elevator from the third floor bedroom to the garage. My husband is disabled, he can walk around the house but has problems doing stairs and walking long distance. The elevator was a wonderful surprise!

This house what exactly what my family and I were looking for. Steps to the beach in a safe yet secluded area in the neighborhood. It was nice to walk around the area, use the private nature path to the beach and swim in the heated pool. At the beginning and the end of the day, it was a joy to relax in the third floor balcony that overlooks the ocean. A few miles away, in either direction, was anything you can need. It was an enjoyable trip and will definitely be going back.

Great location for a walk to the beach and chairs and umbrellas at the house to take with you. Pool is great with some noodles and floats available. Lots of room inside with all of the necessities. Plenty of hand soap, bath towels, dishwasher and laundry detergent. Didn’t need to contact the host on our trip! Would stay again.
