Seaduction is a classic beach retreat, tastefully furnished with all the amenities you will need including your own private pool and hot tub and a short walk to the beach access. Large decks on the mid and upper level provide ample space for everyone. Enjoy the ocean breeze and catch a glimpse of the ocean from the upper sun deck. The great room is expansive and has room for everyone to gather for TV/Movie time, dining and preparing delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen with a Keurig or dine out on the screened in porch. Three bedrooms with private baths and deck access. The lower level is the perfect spot to hang out in the rec room with a pool table which also has a full-size refrigerator an microwave.

Ocean Sands is conveniently located close to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping and many outdoor activities.

No pets allowed - pet free. No smoking/vaping. Fireplace not available for guest use. Ask about our Military Discount.

Very nice property, well equipped and close to the beach.

We had an incredible stay at Seaduction! The house/ property was great for a multi-generational trip. The house was better than described with a large selection of books, games, and beach and pool toys and gear. The kitchen was stocked with plates, pans, cutting boards, and all the other stuff you would need to cook most meals at home. We loved the location— a very short walk to the beach and situated between Corolla and Duck so close to different activities. It was also very close to a grocery store and Duck Donuts. The kids loved the pool! Our only complaint is that the grill was small and not super easy to use— more like something you’d find at a campsite—but it still worked. We’d definitely consider a return stay to this house if we visit again.

We have been coming to Corolla for the last 18 years and this is the best home we have ever stayed in. It was roomy, well equipped inside and out, convenient to beach and shopping, and friendly. The home owners and realty company made sure everything worked well and that we were comfortable. We will be renting Seaduction again next year and, most likely, years to come.

We stayed in Seaduction (OSD01). We’ve been renting this property ever since it was built around 20 years ago. Very nice property. Swimming pool and hot tub. Close to the beach. Owners completed some key remodeling projects that makes it even better.

Seaduction is by far the most beautiful rental property we've stayed in during our visits to OBX. The kitchen is beautifully equipped to make meal prep a breeze, which I really appreciated. Village Realty provided everything they promised - linens provided and beds made prior to our arrival, towels for all the bathrooms, and I just wish our trash removal service at home was as prompt as it is in Corolla. Everything is provided to make a vacation stay enjoyable. Lots of games for all ages, plenty of videos for when you might want to chill on the lower level while people play pool, plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms for large families, and a fully stocked outdoor toys and amenities closet with umbrellas, beach chairs, pool toys, etc. The owners contacted me on our second day to ensure we were happy with our stay in their house and they're so kind. I can't say enough good things about our experience in this house and highly recommend it. The only suggestion I have to make a stay even easier for renters is to provide menus for local restaurants. I know we all look things up online but it helps to see which ones are local to Ocean Sands.
