Description Description
The ocean beach is 0.3 miles down the road from this two-story townhome half a mile from downtown Duck. Not only will you be able to stroll to the sand each morning, but you'll also have a neighborhood swimming pool and tennis courts to keep you entertained in the afternoons.

This townhouse enjoys a fantastic location in Duck - about half a mile south of downtown, where you'll find the Duck Town Park Boardwalk, Duck Donuts, and a number of other restaurants, shops, and conveniences.

No matter how you choose to spend your days, you'll delight in coming back to a house that has been newly furnished from top to bottom. The living room is full of sunlight, with sliding glass doors that lead outside to a deck. There's also a well-appointed kitchen, a dining area for six, and a balcony adjoining the primary bedroom suite - the perfect place for coffee at sunrise. Central AC will keep you cool all summer, and a washer/dryer is on hand for your swimsuits and towels.
No smoking/vaping. No pets.

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a 150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

You can't beat the location. Being a short walk for great sunrises in one direction and sunsets in the other. Everything else was good. The description was accurate. A couple minor things could have made it better. Having coffee for the first morning available would help out. While it mentioned no beach towels, it is not feasible to add beach towels to our luggage (flew in) and would have been awesome of they were provided. I would definitely stay again. Duck is a great place to experience the area, both from a walking perspective in the town and driving in either direction to see the sights.

This was our third stay at Doin' Duck. Great location and accomodations. Only complaint is the use of the TV is difficult. It would be helpful to have a written guide on how to use the 2 controls in the living room and a guide to what is available. We managed to use Amazon Prime but couldn't access anything else

This two bedroom unit was perfect for our family of four. We had friends staying in a house less than a mile away, so it was easy to commute between the two places. Although the property was a little bit older, it was still very clean and the property management company had great communication.

Great spot for our small group. Convenient location just on the edge of duck but quick walk to the busy town area. I would suggest preparing with groceries and supplies ahead of time as delivery services can be very delayed. Great overall experience!

This is in the best area of the Outer Banks. We saw deer, rabbits, and other wildlife in the yard. The beach is great and not crowded. Quiet area, close to the wild horses which was the big draw for us!

Very comfortable 2 bedroom condo at southern end of Duck with under house shaded parking, pool, tennis court and beach access on same road. Just a few steps to Duck Rd (NC 12) and close to Duck’s boardwalk with great shops and restaurants - just about .5 mile or about 12 minute walk.

The property is very close, about a 5 to 10 minute walk, to the boardwalk and shopping / dinning area in Duck. We were able to ride our bikes just about anywhere we wanted to go.

The townhome was immaculate upon arrival. And it’s clear the new owners have done a lot of renovation (new floors). The furniture is actually high quality. Great location to town of Duck. You should rent bikes to get around. Kitchen was well stocked with everything. Sheets/linens were great. We will definitely be back!
