The house was nice and in a good location. Only negative is the TV needs to be better and get normal channels. The Roku doesn't work very well. when you want to watch ABC, NBC, FOX etc. Important when the weather is bad.

We had a very nice stay at Cooper Cabana! It is a great location for young families as you can walk to Dowdy Park and the beach. Also very close to some of our favorite restaurants and sweet spots (Surfin Spoon and Booty Treats!). We had an issue with the dryer and it was very promptly remedied which we greatly appreciated! The communication with Village Realty was easy and responsive. We would stay here again!

Our stay was fantastic. The location of the house was ideal - easy walk to the beach and plenty of nearby shops and restaurants. The house itself was clean and the kitchen was extremely well stocked. The added touch of board games in the house was great and made rainy afternoons pass quickly. Will definitely be returning!

I had a wonderful time at this property. Everything was great. The only thing I would suggest is to have bath mats for the tubs. It is quite slick stepping into the shower and we three almost fell getting in. That was the only thing negative. I absolutely loved the convenience to the beach. I got to hook up with friends while I was there. The St. Patrick's parade was great. My first time seeing it. It was cold and windy but fun still. I wish this property was available in September after Labor day for partial stays rather than a whole week. I wanted to come back the 3rd week in September for a few days with friends who can't stay a whole week. I highly recommend renting this property. ?
