The large sunroom overlooks your dock, two canals, and has Roanoke sound views where you can unplug and read a book. Catch a movie on the 65-inch Smart TV as you relax in the large living room on the leather reclining sofa or oversized chairs. High-speed internet allows you to enjoy all of your favorite streaming options. Unwind and get a restful night's sleep in any of the three bedrooms with smart TVs. The large en-suite has a king bed, walk-in custom tile shower, and double vanity. The remaining two rooms offer queen beds and share a bath with a soaking tub finished with a tile surround. The laundry room is convenient for all.

The ground level features a covered outdoor living area, a 50-inch smart TV, a full bath, an outdoor shower, an electric vehicle recharging station, a sun deck, and access to the dock. There is a private boat ramp located in the neighborhood. In the summer months, the sound-front community pool is available and a great place to cool off and take a dip.

Island Trader is located in a popular boating community on a canal network with direct access and views of the Roanoke Sound while also being a few short blocks to the beach! Bring your boat, kayaks, or SUP and explore all this amazing waterfront community has to offer right from your own dock. Come, complete the day looking at the sunset over the water and let Island Trader be your perfect port.

The clubhouse pool and community boat ramp are available for nominal fees. The pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Availability and fees are subject to change at the discretion of the HOA. Electric car charger available on piling under house. Long-term rentals for up to 90 days are also welcomed.
No smoking/vaping. No pets

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a 150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

House was exactly as described! Had the most comfortable beds! Had plenty of out door seating and made for lots of enjoyable outdoor time. The home looked just like the pictures. Beautifully decorated and stock with commonly needed items (even down to the toiletries). The canal view, from either inside the house or from the large side deck, was very relaxing. The side deck was great for hanging out on for morning coffee and evening drinks. The lower level rec area had lots of items to entertain everyone and with an outside shower that's a must to use! Rooms were very good sized so room to put your stuff out of the way while enjoying your time there with very comfortable beds to sleep in. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing getaway. Would highly recommend renting this property out to anyone looking for a

When we arrived, we were oberwhelmed by this well equipped home with his very nice design. Perfectly located at the canal, we loved to sit in the living room, watching the boats and fishes. Restaurants, beach and shops are nearby. We would love to come again!

This property was beautifully kept and perfect room for our family. Having towels and linens provided along with the starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/dishwasher and washing machine pods was great. The dock was perfect for fishing and our SUPs. Location was across a busy road to the beach, but easy 5 minute walk to public access, or you could drive to public access and park. Close to Jockey’s Ridge State Park and minutes from good seafood and restaurants. Short 10 minute drive to Bodie Island lighthouse. Overall, great place for family of small group.

Good News- What a gem! Perfect place, location and process… amazing canal view with lovely neighbors. The home was equipped with everything we needed… you will absolutely fall in love with your stay from the sliding opening of the glass door. Was sad to leave… I Would definitely book again! Bad News - Because of great reviews… the word must be out on how wonderful this host and home is…. Wanted to book again and they are sold out most of the summer season! ??
