High-speed internet allows you to enjoy all of your favorite streaming options. Unwind and get a restful night's sleep in any of the three bedrooms with smart TVs. The large en-suite has a king bed, walk-in custom tile shower, and double vanity. The remaining two rooms offer queen beds and share a bath with a soaking tub finished with a tile surround. Availability and fees are subject to change at the discretion of the HOA. Electric car charger available on piling under house. Long-term rentals for up to 90 days are also welcomed.
