New to the Village Realty program for 2025! Coral Sunset is a well-maintained 4-bedroom home situated in the family-friendly Hammocks neighborhood of the prestigious Currituck Club golf community. Make the most of outdoor living during your stay with two levels of decking and an enclosed backyard with your very own sparkling private pool. Inside, the top-level great room features hardwood floors, a cozy gas fireplace (off-season only), and a wall of east-facing windows for abundant natural light. The open-concept layout is ideal for gathering and socializing, even while cooking in the fully stocked kitchen. Upstairs, the loft area serves as a bonus room and is furnished with a queen bed for alternative sleeping arrangements. At the end of the night, retreat to the spacious primary suite featuring a king bed, deck access, and a private bath with dual vanities and separate soaking tub. Downstairs, you'll find a second king ensuite along with two additional bedrooms that share a bathroom. Please note that there is an additional trundle bed located under the day bed for additional sleeping arrangements.

Getting to the beach is effortless using the complimentary trolley and beach valet services (Memorial Day thru Labor Day). The nearest trolley stop is just a short walk away and once you arrive, you'll be greeted by a valet who can assist you with carrying all of your gear. But the beach is just the beginning! The Currituck Club offers a variety of other recreation options that will give everyone in your group something to look forward to. Guests will have access to three community pools located throughout the subdivision, as well as a fitness center with year-round amenities such as basketball, tennis, shuffleboard, and volleyball.

We loved our stay @ Coral Sunset! The home was exactly as described & shown in the online listing. It had everything we could ever imagine needing & more. We love Corolla. We love The Currituck Club. And we love this house, Coral Sunset. The house is clean, beautiful and comfortable. We like that the TVs are upgraded and large. Bedrooms are a good size, a favorite was the upstairs loft with the queen bed and private balcony. It's close the community pool and the shuttle stop. Plus the private pool is very nice and the vast common area behind the house was a great place to play all kinds of outdoor games. Book a stay at Coral Sunset, you won't be disappointed.

We will be visiting Coral Sunset on repeat!! We stayed with another family, 9 all together, and we all had plenty of room. I stayed in the master suite which was massive and had a beautiful bathroom with double sinks, a deep tub and stand up walk-in shower. Kitchen was immaculate and set up perfectly for cooking. Dining table sat all and doubled as a board game table for the kids. The Currituck community is stunning! Beautiful amenities, close location to the beach, and a perfect home base to visit shops, restaurants and attractions in the area. The ultimate Outer Banks rental!
