Back inside, the chef in the family will appreciate the spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances, Keurig Duo and an island for plenty of prep space. For some quiet time, curl up with a book in the loft or retreat to the top-level primary bedroom. This luxurious king suite boasts a fireplace, deck access, and a private bath with double vanity and jetted tub.

Four more bedrooms (including the second king ensuite) are located on the mid-level, all of which provide deck access for waking up to a refreshing ocean breeze. There's also a coffee station with a Keurig Duo, so guests staying on this floor can start their morning without having to go upstairs. On the ground floor, you'll find the third king ensuite along with a rec room that can serve as an additional living area. It features a pool table, kitchenette with full-size fridge and Keurig Duo, and easy access to the fabulous 32' x 18' private pool. Sure to be everyone's favorite place to hang out when you're not at the beach, the spacious pool area includes a hot tub, grilling area and a lush grass lawn for yard games. This dog-friendly home's fabulous backyard oasis is completely fenced in so your fur babies can safely join in on the outdoor fun.

By Grace is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac at Milepost 6.5 in the heart of Kill Devil Hills. This central and sought-after location allows guests to get anywhere on the Outer Banks, from Southern Shores to Roanoke Island, in a matter of minutes. A movie theater, mini golf, grocery stores and a variety of shopping are located within a half mile radius. Nearby restaurants and night life include local favorites such as Goombay's and the Jolly Roger, both within walking distance. Best of all, you'll be just a short stroll to the beach using the Third Street public access, which provides a pedestrian crosswalk.

We had a great stay. The house was well kept and well equipped. Plenty of space for the ten people in our family. Easy check in and check out. One of the smoke detectors needed a battery replacement while we were there; the host was prompt in communication and prompt in sending someone out to fix it, even over the holidays. Would book this again.
