Experience a fantastic and unforgettable coastal escapade when you book this oceanside home! Situated on the breathtaking 4x4 northern beach of the Outer Banks, this is a home you will not want to miss.

The open floor plan will encourage gatherings for games and fun; there are board games, books, and puzzles available. There's also plenty of seating for watching a favorite movie on the smart TV and sharing meals. You'll love the fully-equipped kitchen with all stainless steel appliances for whipping up your favorite snacks. You might find that your favorite spot is anywhere on the wrap-around deck with splendid ocean views; sunrise over the ocean to the east with your morning coffee and sunset to the west on the screened porch sitting on the swing bed or the hammock. Your neighbors include the wild horses; you will love to observe the rare glimpse. After a long day at the beach, use the outdoor shower before setting up a game of cornhole or horseshoes in the yard. All bedrooms have ceiling fans for your comfort, and at the end of a long day, sink into comfortable beds and refresh for your next adventure.

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a $150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

We are repeat guests and had a wonderful stay. Although you can never guarantee a horse sighting, this little intersection is the place to be in our opinion. Lots of horse activity both years and a great view of the sunrise and the sunset!

This house had everything you could want/need for your stay and then some! Almost every kitchen appliance and tool you could imagine so easy to do all of your cooking there. Beautiful layout and so many thoughtful touches like the swing bed on porch with a mini fridge:) and outdoor lights on a timer! Have to be prepared to be a bit removed from everything but that was part of the charm! Wonderful views and beach and amazing to see horses in the yard and on the beaches!

Once thing i didn’t realize is we needed to drive in the beach to get there - luckily we had a 4 X 4 vehicle. The house and location were amazing! Though set back from the beach a few roads the view was excellent and the walk short enough. The house itself was splendid!! Perfect for our family of 6. The vibe was perfect exactly what we wished for. Love it will be back! There were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards. The grill was clean and ready to go. It was very near perfection for us!!

What a great house and fun location. No horse tour needed we watched them right from the deck and the porch swing was the best. Slept in it two nights. Beautiful Kitchen fully stocked with everything you need.

We really enjoyed our stay. Prime location to see horses wandering through the neighborhood. Gorgeous sunrise and sunset views from the wrap around porch. Easy walk to the beach if you want to hunt for ghost crabs.

I would recommend this property because it has good space, great porch with views. It is a short walk to the beach. I would recommend bringing supplies before you get there because there are no stores around. They do give a beach parking permit to park on the beach. You can drive out to the property without a permit.

The house is fully appointed with all the details for a comfortable and convenient stay. I could tell the owners had rented on the beach for years before building the home. The view is spectacular due to the height of the house, it is like a post card looking out to the ocean, past the the historic Coast Guard station. The southern porch is the best with the hanging bed swing. If you are looking for a great cottage feel with all the amentities, the Beach House is it.
