Make yourself at home and relax on the plush and eclectic furniture, stream your favorite movies on the large TV, or sip your favorite beverage as you witness a spectacular sunset on the deck. Hobby chefs will love preparing grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the well-equipped kitchen, with a breakfast bar, a coffee pot, a Keurig Machine and a Nespresso Machine. With four beds, there's more than enough room for everyone to get a comfortable night's rest from the day's adventures and linens are included. The clubhouse pool and community boat ramp are available for nominal fees. The pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Availability and fees are subject to change at the discretion of the HOA.
Each room is air-conditioned with mini-splits.
Beach Towels and Beach Chairs are NOT included.
