Having a nice clean three bedroom Two bath house with laundry and fully functioning amenities was really great for our family of four. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was clean and welcoming I enjoy that all the dishes we needed was there and the way the bathrooms was made we enjoy everything about this home especially the peace and quiet I really got my much needed break and rest from work here left feeling rejuvenated

Great home with everything needed for the perfect stay! Location cannot be beat for grocery stores, shops and restaurants.

We had a nice stay. We had 4 adults and 2 kids staying at License to Chill. It fit us all comfortably. Lots of places to sit inside and out to relax. Also, lots of room to cook in which was a plus. A few things were broken when arrived but maintenance did come out to take a look.

Very quiet neighborhood, but close to a lot of things to do. Kayaking in the canals was great. Many rental homes have some basic pantry items, this house has none so be prepared to bring all your own pantry items. House was very clean when we checked in and everything worked in the house.

We felt right at home, as soon as we walked in! It's an awesome place, with spacious bedrooms, a huge beautiful deck overlooking the canal and you can watch the boats come in and out, it's great for chilling, sunning, for a picnic or gathering, and a small deck on the back for sunning! You can cook inside (very well equipped kitchen) or grill below your house, or enjoy the many restaurants and shops, located nearby. You can visit a beach in the neighborhood on the sound, or go to the ocean/public beach very nearby. This is the perfect vacation house, beautifully decorated, and so cozy! We'll definitely be back!

Cute house, decor. Has everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Great view of the sunsets! Close to everything in Nags Head, Kill Devil Hills and even Manteo.

The house was in a great location and had enough space for all of us. There were a few things that we had an issue with but those were sent to the rental company to address.
