Great location, close to all of our favorite restaurants. The house was perfect for us, it was well appointed and oceanfront. The deck overlooking the beach was great for morning coffee, we saw dolphins, pelicans and amazing sunrises. We walked the beach each morning with our dog, and the hose on the deck served us well with rinsing him off. It was nice to be so close to the water, we've always wanted to stay oceanfront in OBX, we felt fortunate to discover this home. Village Realty was professional and accommodating with our booking and request to extend one day longer. We will definitely book with you again.

We appreciated the text messages asking about our arrival and if we needed anything. The house was accommodating and enjoyable. We appreciated the gates to close off the deck stairs. The beds were very comfortable and quiet. The view over the dune and down the path were spectacular as was the sunrise through the house in the morning. Only one negative was the top windows in the bedrooms. We thought they were darker tint then pictured. Through the night the car lights from the road out front come across the ceiling and walls and in the morning we were up at 5:30 because the room would light up with daylight. This being the only big negative for our preference, or we would rebook this home. VROBX.com is pleasant to work with. TY

We had such a wonderful stay! This beach house was perfect for 3 adults, 2 kids and our 2 dogs. The space was clean and free of clutter. Perfect for dogs and kids. We really enjoyed the gated back porch and it was so easy to hose the dogs off after the beach. The sunrise every morning was breathtaking. Even though there is only one shower the hot water heater held up great. We enjoyed our stay so much and will definitely be back!

Our stay was relaxing. Watching the sunrise was breathtaking. Hurricane Mo’s is highly recommended. We enjoyed a nice lunch and met new friends. Everyone we encountered was so welcoming. Lots to do, for sure. Wish we could have stayed a little longer.

The house was perfect for my family, had everything that we needed and everything from booking the reservation to checking out was all very simple and easy. Best part for me was being on the beach and not having to walk a long distance dragging a beach cart and carrying chairs just to spend a couple hours on the beach and then dragging everything back. Ease of access to the beach and everything the house had was worth every penny.

The location of the property was great! We love having an option for smaller parties right on the beach that are also pet friendly. The house was clean and we appreciated the dish soap, sponge, and hand soaps provided. I do have a one suggestion that would have improved our experience: the provided deck chairs were folded up and stacked on each other, covered in inches of sand. They also were pretty old and didn’t properly recline which led us to not enjoy the deck as much as we could have. It would have been nice if the sand was brushed off of them at least, but more stable chairs already set up would have been preferred. Just a recommendation, but otherwise we really enjoyed the property. Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful house for our little family and we were so happy to bring our dogs. Great location. Close to so much, but we felt like we were far away at the same time. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook. The back deck was amazing.

This oasis was exactly as described. It was very clean, fresh, and simply beautiful. It is just steps away from the beach. I watched the sunrise everyday through the beautiful glass door and windows. I Enjoyed the views from the deck. The beach is pristine and so refreshing. This is a place to decompress, meditate, and just relax. It is not far from restaurants and stores. The appliances were modern and the WiFi worked well. If you have an issue while staying here customer service is responsive and easy to reach. If I could give this oasis 10 stars I would.

Oceanfront Oasis is a charming, nicely remodeled home with a nice dune with sea oats and sand path to the beach for a great view of the water. The deck is a good size and the water hose makes cleaning up very convenient. The beach has a nice depth and the house has lots of light and is nicely updated.
