Description

Designed for entertaining, this adorable vacation home features two tiers of outdoor living space and a location within easy walking distance from the beach (0.3 miles to beach access). Spend your mornings sipping coffee on the screened porch, your afternoons splashing in the surf and relaxing on the sand, and your evenings hanging out with crisp beverages on the shaded patio beneath the property.

The coastal-themed interior features all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including a washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, and WiFi. Whip up a delicious meal in the well-equipped kitchen with a fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. Enjoy movie nights on the TV, and rest easy in comfortable bedrooms with provided linens.
No smoking/vaping.

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a 150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

Nicely updated and comfortable house with a great location. Walkable to plenty of restaurants and the beach. Perfect for a couple, but imagine it would feel very tight if you filled up every bedroom with guests. The house could have used a binder of instructions as it was difficult to figure out laundry room access and the television. There was a cable provider remote but I don’t think there was a cable box or access to broadcast TV. As with many beach houses, the level of stocking of basics was minimal. Had to buy coffee filters my first morning, but otherwise about what you would expect for a beach house. Recommend this house and would stay again.

We loved staying at Just Peachy. The interior is immaculate - like staying in a new home! We especially appreciated the screened porch, big comfy sectional sofa, and the well appointed kitchen and baths. This home was perfect for our family of four, but may feel tight for groups with more than one family unit.

Beautiful beach home with a short walk to the beach! Comfortable furniture with lots of space to spread out. Everything was provided to have the best Outer Banks Vacation. The home is located on a quiet street but minutes from shopping, dining, and entertainment. It was everything my family was looking for. We would love to come back.

This location is very close to the beach, only a few minutes walk and there are plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and shops nearby too. It was a comfortable stay for 5 adults, a baby, and two small dogs. The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, and utensils for us to cook most of our meals during the week. The covered porch with the swing got a lot of use, and it was nice to know we had access to on-site laundry if we needed it.
