No pets allowed. No smoking/vaping. Parking for 3-4 cars. All trolleys run from Saturday of Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. Ask about our Military Discount. CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancelation, all monies will be refunded less a $150 cancelation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

This was our fifth summer in Corolla and fifth rental with Village Realty, but was our first time in the Currituck Club Community. The community is peaceful and beautiful. The house is beautiful. We really loved the privacy and tranquility of the backyard. We enjoyed many laughs and conversations in the cozy club/swivel chairs in the living room. Beds were very comfortable, showers were great, pool was a lot of fun. As far as the condition of the home, it could stand to use a tiny bit of TLC (some deck boards/nails need attention, deck light broken, porch door handle broken and toilet paper holders need replacing) - we did rent at the very end of the season, so I’m chalking it up to wear and tear of the summer. As for cleanliness, when we arrived we noticed a lot of touch points in the kitchen were visibly dirty — microwave handle, cabinet handles, counter tops were sticky and cooktop of stove had crumbs on it. Pool area was left with toys strewn about, as well as pieces of trash, hair ties and a few old rusted earrings. We’re a pretty reasonable party, but since this is NOT how we ever leave a home, we expect the same. We did reach out to Village Realty and they did offer to address it. Other than that, we really did have a great week!

We had an amazing experience, check in was super easy I still went to the office to make sure I didn’t need anything but everything was sent to my phone. Our check in was at 4 we got there a couple minutes earlier and we we’re still able to get into the house before our check in time. The house was amazing it was 9 of us and we had so much more space. Super peaceful and private place. Everything was pretty clean, it did rain before we got there so the pool had couple of leaves in it but overall everything was pretty clean.

What a wonderful house and neighborhood! The pool was always warm as was the hot tub! The kids loved it and plenty of room to stretch out! Would rent again in a heartbeat!

Great neighborhood! Love the Trolley. The house was nice. Open upper level floor plan. Clean and great kitchen items like pans, blender, kinifes. Etc. The dishwasher is bad!!! 3 hours to run a lid and even then we ended up hand washing. That was our only negative! Beds were good, pool was in sun most of day, and hot tub was nice.

The house is great!

The home is beautiful. It was very clean. It was extremely easy to check in and check out. They send you a code for the lock on the door. They provide a code to enter in the lock when you leave to check out. The community the home is in, is well maintained and beautiful. There are two large master suites with really nice bathrooms. My family had a great time! The only issues I had were: - The pans were warped and were hard to cook with - No propane for the BBQ. (I understand we were there off season. We lucked out with a nice day) Two minimal complaints. I would recommed this home to my friends and family.

June 2016 Stay

My family had a wonderful time staying in this home! It was very clean and welcoming upon arrival. We really enjoyed the comfortable furniture in the main living area. The pool and hot tub were loved by all, and the house was spacious enough for all of us. We loved all of the community features, like the trolley and the community pool and playground. We had some issues with the Air Conditioning not working on the first day, but maintenance arrived within 15 minutes and fixed the issue. Our service-man, Ray, was very professional and courteous and was willing to go way out of his way to make sure we were comfortable! This vacation home is highly recommended!
