The house and location were perfect for us. We had a couple of issues that we reported to Village Realty and they immediately handled the issues perfectly. Please note for the cleaning crew we noticed some spider webs throughout the house and all over the outside front railing. We cleaned up what we could reach. The exterior grounds were also messy and flies everywhere under the car port. A leaf blower or broom could have tidied up the car port, grill and pool areas. I did go and purchase a couple of cans of fly spray and that took care of that problem. The prior people did not clean the grill it was filthy and the grill brush was worn down to nothing. But Village Realty stepped up big time and resolved that immediately.

Lovely house - included were lots of beach chairs and sand toys for kids. Plenty of room for us all to enjoy the whole week. Slight issue with some of the door handles as they were loose and falling off towards the end of our stay, I did call and let them know, they offered to come out that day to fix but since it was our last night we opted out of that. Very close walk to the beach which was my favorite part. We would stay here again!

Loved the openness, the room sizes, the gazebo, the pool and the room layout. The beds worked out perfectly for us! There were many more baby items that were t listed that would have been helpful to know ahead of time.
