With over 7,000 square feet, there's plenty of room for everyone on your guest list at Greenwaves III.

The top-level great room features a wall of oversized windows for admiring the unobstructed ocean views. This comfortably furnished entertaining space opens up onto an oceanfront sun deck for effortless indoor/outdoor flow. There's plenty of room in the spacious kitchen for everyone to pitch in with meal prep. Two refrigerators, two dishwashers and a double oven makes cooking and cleaning up for large groups a breeze. One of the three primary suites on the top level is equipped with handicap-friendly features, and the home's elevator is ideal for guests with mobility needs.

Downstairs on the mid-level, a kitchenette with bar and table seating is perfect for convenient drinks and snacks without having to go upstairs. In the evening, choose between shooting pool, playing foosball, or just hanging out in the rec room downstairs, which also features a wet bar with full-size fridge. Outside you'll find a 28' x 16' private pool (which can be heated certain times of the year), kiddie pool and hot tub. For non-stop fun in the sun, use your private walkway over the dunes to easily transition from the pool area to the beach. Relax in the dunetop gazebo while watching the sunrise or simply enjoying the salty ocean breezes.

Centrally located at milepost 8 in Kill Devil Hills, Greenwaves III is just a short walk or bike ride to the Wright Brothers National Memorial and history museum. Everything you need is within a two-mile radius, so you'll never have to travel far for shopping, dining, groceries, and family-friendly activities such as mini golf and a movie theater. Nearby restaurants include Captain George's Seafood Buffet, Outer Banks Brewing Station, and Goombay's Raw Bar & Grill.

Greenwaves III has been the PERFECT vacation spot these past 5 years for our 4-generation extended family. Until I discovered this gem I was unsuccessful locating a house with bedding accommodations for couples, infants-to-teens, and unmarried single adults who need their own bed. Whenever we`ve contacted Village Realty with concerns, they`ve promptly addressed each issue. We`re already looking forward to next summer.

This was the perfect house for the grandparents, grown kids, and 9 grandkids to enjoy. Plenty of room for everyone, and multiple spaces for people to gather so it was easy to let everyone have what they needed. The teens loved the pool table, while the grownups marveled at the two huge refrigerators and the kitchen amenities. Plenty of space for everyone to sit to eat or relax in the living room. Nice walkway to the beach, and the views were amazing. The pool was also a favorite, although the hot tub kept going off until fixed the end of the week. What an awesome way for three generations to be together.

September 2018 Stay

Unfortunately we were evacuated due to Hurricane Florence but we couldn’t have loved the place more, it was better than we had hoped. The rooms were larger than the pictures showed which we’ve never experienced before and the home was so well equipped. It was clean, spacious and just perfect for our large group. We can’t wait to visit again and stay for an entire week!
