This is truly a lovely home. We are a group of writers who have chosen it for the size of its dining room table -- and all the characters that we can create as we are writing there... but the views of the Sound are dazzling and the house is spacious and welcoming. Village Realty is quite responsive and easy to work with, too.

We love Carolina Breeze. It's got six large bedrooms and a bunkroom for four. It's perfect for our group of writers (and we love its huge dining room table where we create characters and situations and just have a geeky rollicking good time). The views of the sound are stunning, both morning and evening, and the kitchen is well-provisioned. Enjoy. We'll be renting it again.

This house was perfect for a large family gathering. Having a pool onsite that also had a wading-pool type section for the small kids was so nice! Easy walk to the beach - a good 10 minute walk but easy.

My family and i enjoyed this house so much! It was actually perfect. We have always tried to get a house closer to the beach but this time we wanted to see what it would be like to stay near the sound and let me tell you it did not disappoint. This house doesn’t have a private dock like the other houses but there is a pier in the neighborhood you can walk to (only like 5 or so houses down) the views were amazing in every room and it was very clean and spacious. To get to the beach is quite a walk but they made it very convenient with a nice walkway. Thank you so much for accommodating our family!

We loved having enough space to accommodate our large family of 13 and our little Chorkie. The pool and the hot tub were amazing. The sunsets were absolutely stunning! The elevator was an added bonus for transporting luggage and bags. There was a short walk to the beach and a quick drive to the stores. The few issues we did have were promptly addressed through customer support.

I took a writing group to the beach for the weekend and the big dining room table was fabulous! The kitchen was big, the rooms were spacious, the beds comfortable, the water pressure great, and the view from the top floor -- living room and kitchen -- was gorgeous!

Our family (9 guests) met for a long weekend in early October. We had a wonderful trip made possible with the house, offering plenty of bedrooms/baths and gorgeous views of sunsets on the sound. Even watched an eagle out our window as we ate breakfast. The weather turned cool, but we were able to enjoy the decks and hot tub.

Fantastic, spacious house with an amazing view of the sound. We spent every evening watching spectacular sunsets over the sound either from the great room on the 3rd floor, or the pool deck. The house has everything you would need and expect for your family stay in Corolla (Kitchen Supplies, Games, TV's, Grills, etc..). The house was extremely clean and all sheets, blankets and pillows were on the beds (We filled all but one twin bed). The elevator was a huge help for moving luggage, guests and groceries throughout the house. The Swimming Pool and Hot Tub were very refreshing and the pool table was put to great use. We received a code for the pier and had no issue accessing it for sunset pictures and morning walks. The location is great, short walk to the ocean, and close to the grocery store and 4X4 Beach access. We have been coming to Corolla for several years and this is the first time we stayed on the sound. We would certainly stay at this house again.

We had such a great week! We went with 14 people and had plenty of space. Each room has its own bathroom which is so nice. Used the pool everyday. The views are spectacular! Sunset everyday! We were with my 80 + parents, elevator was great. We went with our teenage/college kids and they were able to go do what they wanted-location is great. 2 miles to Corova , 2 miles from Timbuktu and shopping. Huge table we could all fit at. Perfect for games at night! Such a wonderful family vacation. Community pier just down the street to walk out to the sound. House was impeccably decorated so relaxing. Made dinners every night. Kitchen is well stocked. Just so much fun

Excellent property with wonderful views of the sound (amazing sunsets) and everything one would need to have a great vacation in the outer banks. Easy walk to the beach and access to local food and shops (about 1.5 miles in either direction). Pool, hot tub, and large main room / kitchen are great for an extended group. Strong Wi-Fi was also appreciated by those of us trying to maintain some ties to work during the week. All in all - a great place to stay.
