When it's time to relax and spend quality time together, gather the family in the beautifully furnished open-concept great room. The chef in your group will be delighted with the spacious kitchen that boasts top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances and an expansive island with bar seating. Sit down and enjoy meals together at the stunning dining table that's truly a work of art, or in the cozy breakfast nook with banquette seating. You can even dine al fresco on the screened porch, a fabulous outdoor space that also includes lounge furniture, a fireplace and even a TV. Back inside, the laundry room provides a second full-size fridge for storing extra groceries or the catch of the day.

Gorgeous hardwood floors flow throughout this entire dog-friendly home, including the bedrooms - ideal for sandy feet and paws returning from the beach. At the end of the night, retreat to the primary suite that features a king bed and private bath with dual vanities and luxurious walk-in shower. A second king ensuite is also located on the mid-level. Upstairs, you'll find three more bedrooms including a third king room with access to a private sun deck overlooking the pool. Take advantage of the top-level wet bar for convenient drinks, snacks and morning coffee. All five bedrooms feature ensuite baths for plenty of privacy. Downstairs, the ground level has been transformed into a covered outdoor recreation space complete with hot tub and ping pong table.

Creamsicle Cottage is situated on a quiet street in Corolla Light just steps from the Currituck Sound. When it's time to hit the beach, walk or bike over to the Oceanfront Complex just half a mile away, where you'll have access to three outdoor pools, a snack bar, shuffleboard, volleyball, basketball and a playground. Or use the nearby trolley stop and take the shuttle anywhere you want to go within Corolla Light, including the Sports Complex. This impressive 36,000 sq. ft. facility includes an indoor pool, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, a fitness center with showers and a sauna, racquetball, walleyball, ping pong, and weekly classes/activities.

Creamsicle Cottage's location is perfect for guests who want to leave the car in the driveway and experience Corolla on foot or bike. Use the crosswalk to quickly make your way across the street to shopping and dining at the Corolla Light Town Center. Village Lane will lead you directly from the house to famous Corolla attractions including The Whalehead Club, Historic Corolla Park, the Currituck Maritime Museum, and of course, the Currituck Lighthouse.

Pets allowed - dogs only. No smoking/vaping. 10 armbands for Corolla Light amenities. Trolley service available from Memorial Day thru late August.

House looks just like the photos that are posted. Was a great get-away for our group visiting. Able to easily walk to a bunch of different areas (beach is super close), but the house was comfortable enough for the people that wanted to stay in and rest/use pool or hot tub. Definitely planning on another visit here in the future!

This is an amazing house! Great location, great amenities! The kitchen/dining/living room space is a beautiful place for everyone to gather, cook, eat, play games and hang out. The perfect counterpoint to that is the patios and large bedrooms with private baths – very easy to slip aside and have some down time. It really is an easy walk to the beach and an even easier walk to the sound. The Corrolla Light package was a nice bonus. The shops just across the street provide variety and convenience – just beware: many of these shops/restaurants are closed in the “off season.” The house really is exactly as listed/depicted. Be sure to bring (or buy) shampoo, soap, paper towels, laundry detergent and dish soap.

This home is brand new and beautiful. Comfy beds, well appointed kitchen, lots of games, ping pong, etc. We usually stay oceanfront but figured out that we prefer this location because the sunsets on the sound are beautiful, everyone loved the Corolla Light amenities (tennis, gym, etc.), and it was nice to be next to the walk/bike path and have Corolla Village next door. The ocean was also really easy to get to for those of us that like to get up for the sunrise. Owners and property manager were both excellent with communication.
