WH643: Dancing Days

Exactly as listed, location is a short walk from one of the beach access points. Could easily clear the width of the island in a 10 minute walk. Has anything you could ever need and the sound system in the upstairs living room was a pleasant surprise. Just about every utensil needed for cooking is available almost in excess.

This was my first time to stay in OBX, Dancing Days house, Corolla. The house was perfect for 6 adults 4 children ages 3 thru 10. I was impressed with the well stocked kitchen! We did put away some of the pretty yet “breakable” decor in cabinets throughout the house because of the kids. The pool was great to have with outside shower. The hot tub was nice although very difficult to enter and exit the tub without railings to hold onto. The shower on 2nd floor would not drain, but my husband easily fixed that, (plugger). Any other questions or concerns were easily remedied by a text to Village Realty with results within one to two hours if not less time. All the staff were pleasant and professional. We enjoyed our stay. I am glad I chose Village Realty for our first visit to OBX.

Beautiful well equipped home in great OBX location. House was very clean and comfortable just as pictured. Great size for 6 adults and three children. Only request would be to add a gas grill.

Beautiful house. Alight problem with air conditioning but was fixed promptly. Only thing I would suggest is blinds on the living room doors and windows. We had unusually warm weather for the end of May the living area was very warm But great house. Close to beach and nearby shopping and lighthouse. Usually rent at Southern Shores was a nice change

First time spending week in Corolla; enjoyed stay overall. Really liked that home is close to beach and other amenities. Feel everyone enjoyed home. Home has ample space and open feel especially on main level with all the windows. Kitchen was well equipped. Couple comments would include took some time to figure out tv programming, couldn`t quite get air conditioning dialed in. Had to call maintenance couple times (slow shower drain or lower level, outdoor hot tub didn`t work (temperature setting).

Dancing Days was just perfect for our family`s vacation. House was ver clean, all beds made and responsiveness to a small issue by Village Realty was quick and effective. House was exactly as depicted. It was close to ocean with a good size public parking lot at beach. There was plenty of separate space for guests of all ages to congregate. Lot was very private which was very nice with pool. House had anything you could possibly need for a great stay. Would definitely rent this house, again.

Wonderful vacation spot. Great proximity to beach and very nice pool and hot tub for evenings. Pool table was a hit for all ages. Very well decorated. Kitchen had all needed equipment. Would definitely rent this home again!
