This spacious home of over 3,600 sq. ft. boasts 6 bedrooms consisting of 4 King Master Suites, 2 bunk rooms with 4 beds in each, and a queen sleeper sofa located in the lower-level rec room. This home is a reverse floorplan with a great room for lounging, dining, and cooking. Spectacular ocean views from the top-level sun deck. There is plenty of room for your family and friends to spread out. Fenced in pool patio consists of a private heated pool, hot tub, gas grill, loungers, a dining area, and an outdoor shower. As this is a dog only home, there is a fenced in dog area to allow your fur babies to stretch their legs.

Several popular attractions and restaurants located nearby. Jockey Ridge State Park can be seen from the front of the house. Nags Head Golf Links located 3 miles south at MP 15. Outer Banks Hospital and Outer Banks Mall is located 1 mile south. Blue Moon Beach Grille can be seen from the back deck and is within walking distance. Mulligan's Grille is about¼ mile north.

The house was wonderful. Six bedrooms with only one shared bath, it worked out for everybody. The spaciousness of the house made it comfortable for all. The proximity to the ocean was a big plus. The only drawback was being right off of 158. Getting in and out of the driveway onto 158 was a pain and this was in September. In spite of this, the house is wonderful.

The house was nice and we had fun. There were some issues that I shared with Village Realty. I was looking forward to walking to the ocean however there was no access in walking distance as provided on the house ad. The pool got cold and we had no way of turning on the heater so we couldn't use it and we couldn't turn down the heat on the hot tub.

Excellent stay at Azure Dreams in OBX! Village Realty was super responsive to my emails and questions, and everyone I spoke with at the office was great. The owner of the home was great as well, sent us a welcome email and responded to the few questions I had about the home. We will be staying with a home managed by Village Realty in 2025, if we return to OBX.

Beautiful property. Nicely decorated and super clean. Very well appointed and extremely well taken care of. We had 2 minor issues (a washer that stopped working and started leaking and a few clogged bathtub drains) while staying there that Village Realty took care of immediately. I would highly recommend this property AND renting through Village Realty. I have used many realty companies over the years and Village definitely has been the friendliest & most responsive.
