Welcome to Reel Heaven. This home is not your typical rental property. It has been part of a summer-only rental program for just three years. The house features new Kingstown king and queen mattresses, with twin beds in the third bedroom. The expansive porch is furnished with high-quality Polywood furniture, including a large swing, and is surrounded by tall live oaks on a spacious, wood-fenced corner lot, providing a private, treehouse-like atmosphere that both kids and adults will love.
Located just a five-minute walk from Frisco Beach, the home offers unobstructed sunset views from the upper deck, which is just two lots from the sound. The large, screened porch is breezy and bug-free. Built in 2009, the house boasts hardwood and tiled floors and has been newly furnished. The top deck provides stunning views of the sound and even a glimpse of the ocean.
Conveniently, a restaurant and bar are just 0.3 miles away. "Reel Heaven" is a five-minute drive to Hatteras Village and Frisco Airport, both of which offer beach access for 4x4 driving with a permit. The Point in Buxton and Hatteras Village are a ten-minute drive away, and the ferry to Ocracoke Island is also just ten minutes away.
From the cottage, it's an easy walk to Frisco Beach, which is known for being one of the best beaches for kids and swimming on the entire island. For those who prefer a lifeguarded beach, you can drive south, park, and walk over. The home is equipped with beach toys and a handy beach cart to make traversing the dunes with your belongings a breeze. Additionally, there is an outdoor hot shower for your convenience.

A dog allowed. No smoking/vaping. Ask about our Military Discount. CANCELATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancelation, all monies will be refunded less a $150 cancelation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

Our family enjoyed staying at Reel Heaven. The house very clean and everything was in great shape when we arrived. The living room has plenty of seating and -- event with a heat wave - we were able to enjoy the screened-in porch (with ceiling fans!). Karen was a great host. The check in instructions were very clear and she also provided a lot of useful information about local resources. The beach is awesome and the walk there is totally manageable, though I would second another reviewer who said that dune might be challenging with small children for anyone with mobility issues. We had a great time and would definitely return to Reel Heaven again!

Wonderful house, very clean and modern. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable for all of us. Kitchen was well stocked with pans, utensils, etc and everything worked as expected. Some of the surrounding areas aren't quite as nice, but that's nothing they can control and we never felt unsafe, the property just stands out a little bit as newer and nicer than its surroundings.Easy access to highways and major attractions.We definitely enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place.

Great stay in Frisco! We had a wonderful week stay at this house! Kitchen is very well equipped for anything you may want to cook. The beds were extremely comfortable. Less than 1/2 a mile to a 4x4 beach access, which we enjoyed. Short walk or drive to a few restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Karen was a great host - very responsive. We had a step that broke while we were there, and she had someone come out and fix it immediately. Before check in she provided us with points of interest, such as nearest grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. Our family would definitely love to stay here again. We made some wonderful memories!
