Our stay at the shimmering seahorse was lovely. All of our rooms were clean and neat. The bed in the upstairs room on the 4th level could use some wd40. Every time you turned over the bed squeaked loudly. The ladies at the pool house were wonderful especially Cheryl. She was very kind and gave us suggestions of places to visit. The house was EXTREMELY clean and we loved that the sheets and bath towels were included for all the rooms. Check in and out was really easy through the guest portal. The kitchen was nice with limited utensils but had all the basics. The ONLY complaint that I have was there needs to be more curtains. The master bedroom was as bright as the sun at 6am and that was with just the blinds shut. The sliding doors in the living room had no curtains or blinds which really made it hard for us to sit in there in the evening with the sun directly in our eyes. Otherwise the BEST feature is definitely the pool! We spent a lot of our time at the pool and our child LOVED the splash pad and we loved the lazy river. Be prepared to tell them what unit you are staying in to get access to the pool. Definitely would book here again!- Reviewed On: 6/6/2026
