CCV13: No Worries

Overall, we truly loved our stay. The house was amazing and accommodated our large, multi-generational family well. The kitchen was really well stocked with everything we needed to prepare most meals. It was a short walk to the beach and we loved the pool and hot tub. There were minor cleanliness issues (things under the bed, minor smell in the closets, some belonging from prior residents left behind outside) and there was a lot of road noise at night, but nothing concerning. Our only true issue was communication with the host- it was difficult to get ahold of anyone when we had a problem and it took multiple attempts to get issues resolved, which was a little frustrating. We would still definitely recommend this house to others and had a wonderful stay overall!

We were very happy with our stay at No Worries! We were a family of nine, adults and teens, plus two dogs. The house was the perfect size for all of us. Everyone had their own rooms and bathrooms. Bedrooms were clean and bathrooms too. Everything is decorated lovely. The living room was a nice space for us to get together each night for movies, games, etc. And we did! The kitchen is well appointed and newly remodeled. We were very comfortable cooking and making breakfast each day. Love the Fiesta ware!! There is a coffee maker AND a Keurig, that was a plus for us. A big fridge, a wine fridge, and another kitchen in the lowest level was perfect for teens that wanted their own space to heat up Pizza Rolls every night while playing pool. We would absolutely stay here again, we are already planning our next trip. The only constructive criticism I have is that the pool area, barbecue area, and doggy area outside were not clean. The patio was in need of being swept and blown off, there was garbage from previous people, the barbecue was not able to be used as it was not clean and full of grease, the covers were thrown on the ground and not picked up, and covered in sand. The doggy area upon arrival had dog poop still there from previous stays. It wasn’t a problem because I called Village Realty and they came over and took care of this. But in the future this should all be seen to before each stay (and others should also clean up after themselves as we did). Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!!

We have been staying at "No Worries" for 6 or 7 years and love staying there. The Adult bedroom on the bottom level has needed replacement for several years. My daughter and her husband use that room and told me about how the mattress totally sags in the middle. I tried it last year and rolled directly into the middle. I did report it last year. I hope when we come there next July, the mattress will have been replaced. Everything else is GREAT!

We stayed with my wife, 22yo son and my 27 year old daughter and her finance 4 nights while helping my daughter move to San Antonio for surgery residency. The house is in a really great location for exploring the Riverwalk and the Alamo. Lots of great places to eat nearby. The home was immaculate, very simple to access, and really nice the owners don’t ask for a lot of cleaning up and chores at checkout. Also the checkout was 11am which we didn’t get to take advantage of since we had a very early flight, but later than many other vrbos. It’s also in a very fun neighborhood. We loved the pool. The beds are very comfortable. Appreciated the owners had plenty coffee and filters. We would absolutely stay here again when we visit our daughter.

This is our second stay at No Worries and once again it lived up to our expectations. We love the renovated kitchen which has everything you would ever need. There was plenty of space for everyone. We also thoroughly enjoyed the side yard for the kids to play. I would highly recommend a stay here.

We LOVED our vacation at NO WORRIES. The house was clean and well stocked. Having Linens and paper products on hand was a nice touch. The folks at Village couldnt have been better. Everyone we met was helpful. The kids loved that all the TVs and sleeping options.

The house and location is perfect for our large family! We have rented with Village Realty for several years now and they are very responsive to any problems. Sonic is within walking distance, which is a big hit with the younger chikdren in the family.

Our family spends a week in Outer Banks together every other year (odd numbers, e.g. 2023). This home was LOVELY and decorated beautifully. Beach access was easy to reach. Using the kitchen was a breeze, as it was stocked with every imaginable kitchen need. Lots of deck, pool, and dining room furniture. The only disappointment was we hit a rainy week, so we had limited pool time. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

We had an absolutely AMAZING vacation in this beautiful home.. There were some minor maintenance issues but they were immediately resolved. This home perfect for large families or groups of friends.. The kitchen is stocked with everything imaginable. All of the rooms are beautifully decorated. The heated pool and hot tub were the perfect endings to long busy days. Having close access to the beach was also much appreciated. There is so much more I could say about this house!! We were all extremely comfortable and happy!!!

There were 19 of us there with 17 there for 5 days and nights, it was a perfect place with the amenities offered. There was a problem with a tub shower diverted, and they responded and fixed it in less than an hour. The outside grill was not usable from all the grease in the burners, we tried to clean it but To no avail, made the call and we had a brand new one in less than two hours. The place has all the fun stuff, heated pool, hot tub, pool table, horse shoes. Big fridge, all the cooklng utensils you would ever use. Great place to stay I would recommend it to anyone, try not to get the bedroom under the kitchen.

This is our 3rd year staying at No Worries! Each year we are super excited to return to our home away from home. The home is always very clean when we arrive and the bedrooms and bathrooms are perfect! We all really enjoy the pool, hot tub and pool table. Village Realty is always very helpful. We enjoyed our 2016 family vacation at "No Worries" and it was the perfect fit! The house was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. We had a few minor issues (light bulbs out/cleaning pool) that were taken care of within a few short hours. Great company to rent with and great house. We definitely recommend this house and will hopefully be staying again in the future!

Good evening! We just returned home from our 2015 family vacation to the outer banks! This is the second year we have done it as a family and our first year using village realty which we will definitely be using again! The service we received was awesome! We had an issue with hot water in our rental and through the app I reported it, and within 20 minutes there was a service man there! We also decided last minute to not take our dogs along and the refund check was waiting here when we got home! The house was so nice ans very well taken care of! There were 17 of us on vacation ranging from 6-64 in age and this house offered something for everyone! We will absolutely visit the outer banks again and will be using village realty! -Emma Carey
