The lower level showcases a pool, hot tub, and gas grill. When you aren't hanging out here, sit back and sip on one of the spacious balconies equipped with Adirondack chairs.
Inside, the open-concept living room, kitchen, and dining room blend together in perfect unison. Fireside movie nights can be enjoyed from the comfort of the oversized sofa, whereas delicious meals will be prepared with ease amongst the full kitchen's blue countertops and updated appliances.
Follow the home's charming nautical-themed mementos into each of the five bedrooms, complete with soft linens, ample natural lighting, private TVs, and effortless bathroom access. Multiple of the home's bathrooms have jetted tubs, ideal for unwinding after a sun-soaked day.
When your extended family is with you, the home's additional kitchenette and seating area will come in handy. The little ones of the family will love having a game table to play on, and the adults will appreciate the separate washer/dryer, helping keep chore time at bay.

Dare County homes: Occupancy limited to (10 = to 2 people per bedroom) as per Dare County septic regulations.
CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a $150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

We had a great time in the OBX and this home really helped with that. It’s spacious, perfect for our big family. Everyone had their own bathroom, plenty of space in the living room/kitchen. We used the grill one night and it worked great. Hot tub and pool were fun to use as well. Easy walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!- Reviewed On: 7/27/2024

The home is perfect, every bedroom has a bathroom. Very spacious and easy for everyone to be together or spread out to private areas. The pool is nice. The beach access is simple and close.
