Loved the house!!

Myself and two friends rented for a week. Price was extremely respectable, and the place was amazing. Very nice bedrooms and bathrooms, amazing kitchen, and living room. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the fact the we could walk out our door and play on a beautiful golf course. All around amazing stay.

We really enjoyed our week at Tees & Tides. We have stayed at several different properties over the years we've been visiting OBX, but agreed that this was the nicest house. Everything was clean and fresh when we arrived. The kitchen was very well-stocked with pots & pans, utensils, etc. The appliances (kitchen but also laundry and TV) were all updated and in working order. Beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were spacious. Our 4-year-old loved having her own room with bunk beds. Bathrooms were all clean as well. Village Realty's responsiveness was also top notch, per usual. I contacted them about the shower not working (it worked fine, I just didn't know how to turn it on: in the end it was user error on my part!) and they were very responsive and sent a maintenance technician out, even though it was not really a mechanical problem. My one piece of constructive feedback would be that I couldn't seem to get the TVs to work with the remotes. The main cable service remote in the living room worked and we were fine watching cable TV for the week. But the DVD player remote lacked batteries and none of the other TV remotes for the bedrooms worked (didn't try the TV in the master BR). Possibly their batteries need to be replaced. Also, it seemed like a remote for the living room TV was missing? I could not switch the input to utilize streaming services using the Spectrum remote. Again, not a huge deal for us at all, but something I noticed. We have already booked the house for 2024!

It was a great stay! The community was very nice and I loved the pier area with benches ,picnic area, fishing and kayaking if that's your thing you can bring your kayak to this area. It's so close to everything and really loved the use of the community beach club. We all agree we will book again!!
