Cleaning your fresh catch is no problem at the fish cleaning station... then grill them up on the deluxe gas grill located just outside the kitchen on the sun deck. Bon Appetit! The chef of the family will love this beautiful kitchen with granite counter tops, double dishwashers, a gas cook top, prep sink and breakfast bar. A large screened deck off of the kitchen is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while looking at the stunning views of the first tee and fairway.

Enjoy seamless entertainment throughout the home with smart TVs in every room, equipped for streaming and casting your favorite shows. Each TV also comes with the Spectrum app preloaded, giving you access to live cable channels and on-demand content.

Conveniently located near the fitness center, pickleball courts, and Harris Teeter, this home is perfect for an active lifestyle. Guests can explore the area with provided bicycles and a Burley bike trailer for easy grocery transport. Enjoy a scenic stroll along Hunt Club Drive or hop on the nearby trolley for effortless access to The Currituck Club beach at the south gate.

This home includes a seasonal membership at the Pine Island Beach Club, just a 10-minute drive south. The home was great, the location in Corolla was perfectly located near most things. The home had everything a big group would need, the host gift of bagels was perfect for the first morning there. It was a nice introduction to the neighborhood and a great stop we hadnt tried in Corolla. A cute local vendor that we would definitely visit again! Our group was 3 adults, 3 kids and we didn't even use half the rooms and it was perfect. We could certainly see ourselves coming back to Perfect Peach!

Second summer at Perfect Peach and just booked our third!! Love this house - it is perfect for our large family. Walking distance to Harris Teeter and Hole #1. The Pine Island membership is a HUGE plus. Easy parking, wide open beach and sparkling pool. Only a few suggestions for improvement - the clothes dryer needs attention, and the a/c unit might need to be balanced. Some rooms were very hot (bedroom on kitchen level) while some rooms were super cold (master bathroom upstairs). Those are pretty minor issues. Looking forward to next year!

We had a great stay at Perfect Peach. The community and what they offer to guests is a real plus. It is a very easy walk to the grocery store from the cottage. The neighborhood is very peaceful with lots of things for the children to do. We cannot say enough good things about the beach shuttle and the service it provides.
The gas grill was broken on check-in, but our host had it switched out in 24 hours. The house is extremely spacious and is great for a family get together. Perfect Peach worked out wonderfully for our family.

This home was a sheer delight. The amount of bedrooms and bathrooms allowed for each family to be comfortable and feel as if they had the home to themselves when needed. A private pool is a must when vacationing for a few reasons so it was very convenient that the home had one. And a hot tub too. Not to mention there is an outdoor shower for sandy humans to refresh, brilliant!You must check out the Pine Island Club, which this home has access to at no additional charge. It was less than a 10 min drive and the beach, along with the pool that are associated with this club was excellent with little to no other folks present. The kitchen was very accommodating as each family took a night to cook for the others. It had everything and was very spacious too. You are walking/biking distance from the local grocery store and a few shops/places to eat and only a few miles from Additional shopping/eating. Lastly, for a home this size and it’s accompanying amenities, it was very affordable. All 13 of us would definitely recommend to others and return ourselves. Thanks for having us!
