Launch your boat at the nearby community boat launch, then dock right behind the home after days on the water. Lots of shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and other amenities are within just a mile or two, and Enterprise Street, Public Beach Access, is under a mile away.

At the home, spend mornings enjoying coffee, sunshine, and the sea breeze on the upstairs deck, then step inside to make breakfast in the full, well-equipped kitchen. The open layout offers lots of natural light and a floor plan that flows from the kitchen to the dining area and living room, making it ideal for reconnecting with friends and family. Serve up family favorites at the large dining table, then head out to explore.

When you return, rinse off in the outdoor shower on the patio, then slip into the hot tub for an early-evening soak. Dinner prep is a breeze on the gas grill, and a sunset cocktail on the deck with your steak is a must. Let the washer/dryer take care of the day's clothes while you relax in the central air-conditioning and play a board game or stream the latest release on one of three smart TVs.

THINGS TO KNOW
Streaming services are available with guests' accounts.
Guests must climb a flight of stairs to access this home.The clubhouse pool and community boat ramp are available for nominal fees. The pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Availability and fees are subject to change at the discretion of the HOA.

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a $150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

We have stayed at this cottage many times before. The location is well centered among many restaurants and family activities. My grandkids have tatakis and paddle boards boards. They love to be able to take advantage of the many canals and closeness to the sound. Crabbing was good from the dock. They also love fishing down at the point.

Location is excellent. Able to load kayaks from lower dock at back on canal. Excellent area to paddle and fish in. Neighborhood is quiet and close to everything you need. As it was March, we didn't visit the beach, spending our time paddling mostly. Large living area with good size table. Kitchen was fine, did minimal cooking, but had everything we needed. Water pressure and temperature in the showers was great. Beds very comfortable.

My family had an amazing time at this house. We rented kayaks from Island Cycle company who delivered them and were able to kayak straight off the dock in the backyard into the canal and then into the sound. The hot tub was a crowd pleaser. For the price, this house was perfect. The beds were new and so comfortable. There were lots of decks to find your own private space. We walked several times to the shopping center and had Island snowball ice creams off of Croatan hey. The sidewalk is wide so it’s safe to walk there. We also walked to a Mexican restaurant. There is public parking at the beach very close to the house. The beach is walkable. The bikes available for use were great and we road them to the shopping center several times too. There is a basketball court at the end of the road and public picnic tables and a public pool which we didn’t use since we went in April. That would have definitely been enjoyed had it been summer. This neighborhood is definitely one of Nagshead’s best kept secrets. The outlets are also only a few minutes down the road by car. The information for the house is listed on the refrigerator.

This home was wonderful to stay at, cute neighborhood with the sound and pool right down the street! Only a short 5 minute drive to public beach parking, could probably even walk if you wanted to. Close to restaurants and shopping. It had everything you needed from umbrellas to beach chairs to bikes! We loved staying here!

My friends and I stayed at this home for a bachelor trip and loved it. We rented kayaks and loved taking them out on the canals/sound. The entertaining spaces are nice and the beds were comfortable. The home is convenient to all of Nags head but felt nice and secluded. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a budget friendly home in a waterfront neighborhood.
