Loved this rental. It was very clean and the kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals. Really enjoyed fishing off the dock and watching boats go by from the balcony. We will hopefully get to stay again on our next vacation.

We were very impressed with this rental, and with Village Realty. The rental looked like it had been recently refurbished, and we found everything to be in order. Village Realtys communication before/during/after has been great. They were friendly in the phone and their text message and app notifications were convenient and helpful.

Our place was absolutely beautiful. We didn`t have to go more than 10 minutes to get to anywhere, whether it be a beach, go karts, fishing...anything. We also had an amazing view from our deck which was right off the master bedroom. As far as clean goes, you could have eaten off the floor, that`s how clean it was. A wonderful experience for our first trip to the Outer Banks. Thank you.

We stay here every year and love this place. We do notice that although the dishwasher is a great brand, it needs to be replaced. Also we would love a full size washer and dryer. (Maybe for a Christmas surprise?). Lol. Village Realty should upgrade their towel package. Thank you for replacing the shower curtain liner so quickly when we called Village Realty about the problem.

I come to the Outer Banks two to three times per year. I had recently started staying with Village Realty. I was absolutely blown away by the customer service I received from Joseph L! My last stay with Village Realty I spent the whole night after checking in cleaning. I was not happy with Village at all. I decided to give them another chance because Ashley E always makes sure that I am taken care of. I called for a last-minute booking on a Sunday in the afternoon, for check-in later that same day. I got Joseph on the phone who not only worked quickly to take care of the booking. Joseph listened, took ownership and sprang into action. I explained to Joseph that I could not have another trip like last time with Village where I spent all night cleaning. I told Joseph that I was getting on the road right away, driving almost four hours and exhausted. I hadn't been sleeping with a new baby in the house. While in route to the property I received a call from Joseph that he had personally stopped by the property to make sure everything was good for our arrival. He had also turned the air to a comfortable temperature. This was my first time staying in a condo and because it would be dark when I arrived, wasn't sure where to park, or how to access the condo. Joseph proceeded to explain everything to me. Sensing that I wasn't fully getting it, Joseph sent me a video of himself walking me through, how to access the parking garage, garage door opener, condo and the elevator! If not for Joseph, I would've been so lost at check in. I appreciated this so much. I cannot tell you how much checking the unit personally and the video meant to me. Both Joseph and Ashley have restored my faith in Village. They both take customer service seriously and care about their customers and it really shows. They both deserve a raise and promotion.

Love the Condo we stayed out. Love the fact that is was pet free and I could breathe while on vacation. First vacation in a long time where I did not get a sinus infection due to pets being in a no pet allowed home.

Though we came in the offseason, I don't want to comment too much on proximity to things etc. as we were only in town to see a friend, but to focus on the unit itself, it was *great*. It was extremely clean, really comfortable and quickly felt very homey. I typically don't like home rentals (prefer hotels), but I'd easily recommend this to anyone staying in the area.

Well equipped, clean condo with everything you need except a hair dryer. Comfortable beds and couch. Enough room for our family of 5. Nice boating community but not a lot of sidewalks. The kids enjoyed the basketball and tennis courts. The pools looked nice but we didn’t get a chance to use them. Would definitely stay here again.

We love this condo! Our only complaint was the master mattress - we sunk in a hole lol and the master shower wasn’t cleaned very well. Some mold under the shower bench and the bottom of the door. Outside of that, we were very pleased!

The property was everything I hoped it would be—clean, beautiful, comfortable, accessible, and well appointed. I’ve visited the Outer Banks many times and dealt with several realtors but Village Realty stood out as one of the best and easy to work with. I really enjoyed the Hospitality App. It made communication and check in and out easy, and I referred to it often for weather and things to do. My only regret was that I was there in March and didn’t get to enjoy the deck and amenities as I would have later in the Spring and Summer. I hope to be able rent there again.

Wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our five day stay. Accommodations impeccable, bed comfortable, patio and view excellent. Elevator near by, kitchen fully stocked, bathrooms modern and shower easy to use. Quite, but we were their in the off-season. Convenient to everything. The restaurant at the nearby Marina was excellent too. I shouldn't give such a great recommendation, as it will be harder for us to book in the future! We will be back. Just wonderful stay.
