Situated on a quiet cul-de-sac in the picturesque Currituck Club, Boromacha is an immaculate 4 bedroom home with everything you need for a fun-filled and relaxing vacation. The open-concept layout in the top level living area, along with a gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings and an abundance of natural light, creates an ideal space for entertaining and spending quality time with family and friends. There's plenty of room for everyone to help prepare meals in the kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances and additional seating at the bar. Two master suites, one on each level, provide privacy and retreat. The decks are perfect for outdoor living and overlook a meticulously landscaped yard and pool area. At the end of the day when you get back home, relax by your private pool or soak in the hot tub while you start planning the next day's adventures.

During the summer months, getting to the beach is easy with the complimentary trolley and beach valet services (Memorial Day thru Labor Day). The nearest trolley stop is just a short walk away and once you arrive you'll be greeted by a valet who can assist you with carrying all of your gear. But the beach is just the beginning! The Currituck Club offers a variety of other recreation options that will give everyone in your group something to look forward to, including five community pools located throughout the community. The Fitness Center is the hub of all activities in the Currituck Club and provides guests with year-round amenities, making Boromacha an ideal choice for off-season visits. Stay during the Spring or Fall to avoid the crowds while still having access to the gym, clubhouse, tennis courts, volleyball and more. The off-season is also a perfect time of year for golfing, kayaking and exploring Corolla in milder temperatures with a laid-back atmosphere.

The house was clean and in very good condition. We had a great visit. Loved the hot tub. However the fire place did not work, even though we specifically requested that it was working. Everything else was great.

We stayed at Boromacha and had a good stay. 3 bedrooms are on the 1st floor, 4th bedroom is on 2nd floor where kitchen/living room is which is helpful if coming as a group like we did. There is trolley services that we didn’t take advantage of which could have helped being more walkable. Otherwise need to drive to get to the beach or shops/restaurants but they are close. Boromacha felt safe and was quite even with the highway close.

We always enjoy Currituck Club. This was a great stay. A few little things like more chairs around the pool, a little cleanup of weeds around the pool, some nail pops in the decking and some extra silver ware in the kitchen would be great. But overall a wonderful stay!

The house was clean, spacious, bright, was a great location. We loved the community and all the amenities. We used the gym and the beach trolley almost every day. The house had everything you could need including freshly laundered beach towels. I’m We are very picky about where we stay and often nervous about cleanliness and this house was SO clean. The floors are mostly wood and there is no sand which is amazing because it’s literally everywhere you go. Really enjoyed it and will be using Village Realty again!!

The property was as described and was lovely. Village Realty was very responsive even on the holiday weekend. There were plenty of extra trash bags in the house which was nice. Make sure you write down the gate code so when you arrive at the community you don’t hold up the entry gate while you log into the guest portal. In case you’re wondering the coffee maker is the basket style (not cone) and they did have filters in the cupboard.
