This home was perfect for our group of 11 . We stayed the week of Christmas and had plenty of room for everyone without feeling crowded. The nightly sunset views from the living room and deck were fantastic. We appreciated that the kitchen was very well equipped since we cooked most of our meals in the home. The way the home is saturated, it feels very private while being conveniently located to restaurants, shops, etc. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved Tramonti! Very comfortable and "homey". House was spotless as well. The renovated kitchen is beautiful and well stocked. Lots of privacy and great views with ample outside seating.

The only major issue we ran into was a leak in the master bathroom sink — both under the cabinet and around the base of the faucet. Village advised us to turn off the water and said they’d send someone to repair it, but no one ever came. This happened on our second day there.

Beautiful location on the Albemarle sound directly across from Manteo, NC. Birders delight with migratory bird flying regularly by the large windows. Unforgettable sunset views! Nice walking around the golf course. Public gazebo for perfect viewing of the aforementioned spectacular sunsets. Little beach out back of the house. Comfy beds and couches for relaxing. We loved Sam and Omie’s for the most delicious steamed shrimp and coconut cake. Tortuga’s Lie and Mama Kwan’s were also favorites and last dinner at JK’s was amazing! The vendor show at the sound side event space was amazing and lots of great Christmas gifts were found!!

The house has great views and amenities. The rooms are outfitted well and beds are comfy. It would be nice to have directions for using the hot tub and it would also be nice to have plastic cups for use by the pool. Another request would be for drying racks so that we don't hang towels over railings. We appreciated the use of the bikes, beach chairs, cornhole and even did some of the puzzles during rainy spells.

I have used Village Realty for a combined total of 14 years since 1995, and have found them to be a top notch organization. Aside from a few minor communications issues, I have found them to be the best all-around management company on the Outer Banks.Their marketing processes and advanced algorithms have optimized our bookings; their screening process has consistently provided us with mature, considerate renters; their maintenance team is responsive (and often ahead of) needed repairs and inspections; and they take care of the renters and their issues without the need for my (owner) intervention.I highly recommend Village Realty.
